Still has not won a trophy yet.

I've never been his biggest fan but I'm surprised it's a landslide for the Jose out brigade. We have defo improved this season so it has to be a 3. Jury is still out though as we've played brilliantly for 1.5 games (Southampton first half was woeful) and where we've picked up points elsewhere we've just about scraped the wins.

For me a sign of progress, and I hate to say it, is Chelsea. Fantastic football, a clear identity and they're putting teams to the sword regularly. They will finish above us this season. I've no doubt about that.

Some good results, and some bloody awful ones!!

Hoping for a bit of consistency now.

On reflection, this is fair comment (as in the vote for 2 stars). Is it an improvement on the struggling start Poch made until November from the start of that season? Yes. Is it an improvement on the entirety of Poch's reign. NOT. A. CHANCE. Jose will have to perform miracles to get us to where Poch did, albeit without a trophy, which, despite popular opinion, isn't everything in football. Would I swap our amazing run to the final in the CL for a League Cup win? No chance. Football is about more than just the silverware. We'll remember the City and Ajax games way more than our League cup victories over Leicester and Chelsea.

I was gutted when Poch was sacked

I wasn't happy when Jose was appointed and didn't enjoy watching us when he first came.

i've got to be honest tho that win over city wouldn't have happened under Poch and the burnley game made me glad to be there to see that.

i've warmed to him tbh and the ugly 1-0 wins at Burnley and WBA i loved because they're places where we would feck up and get beat year in year out.

Up to last season Spurs had finished in the CL places for a few years in the trot so if they do again this year is it really that big an achievement?

The acid test will be delivering a trophy or trophies to quite a large number of success starved supporters!
