What a headache, having to find room for Pablo, Raphina and Rodrigo. Rodrigo needs to start at 10, with Harrison left and Raphina right. Costa, Pov and Pablo the 3 spare in each position.

Interestingly Roberts came on and played up front. Not as a 10 in behind. They moved Kamwa out wide to allow this and kept Greenwood as an 8. Suggests that they do see Roberts as a 9 and you wonder if he will get a chance there ahead of Rodrigo?

Interesting. Would be interested to see Roberts get a run of games in U23s as a No9. I think I read somewhere it's his favoured position and I thought he looked more comfortable when played in that role for in Chapionship. Has blown a bit hot and cold in the No10 role imo.
He was excellent today. And took his goal brilliantly.

i hope that is his preferred positions because with the team we have right now i would love to see bamford at 9 and rodrigo at the 10.
didn't see a lot of problems yesterday besides being kind of unlucky with the woodwork. bamfords needed about an inch to the right.
Costa's goal came with him cutting in from the left, he always looks better on that wing to me and with Harrison misfiring, I wonder if there is a case for Helder starting out on that wing ahead of Jack.

Should be a consideration definitely. Don’t underestimate Harrison’s work rate though. So important to the side and gives so many players extra freedom. Raphinha will have to improve his defensive work against Digne if he starts again against Everton. Digne put two goals on a plate against Fulham and Raphinha was poor defensively against Arsenal.

raffi is not a defender of any sort but i know what you mean, i'm sure bielsa wants him to up his defensive game.
i get the felling that raffi is the best player we have signed in a very very long time.
