Feels like a pretty big game today, one we need to win if we have any real intentions of causing a stir this season.

Be happy to see a back four and take the game to them, failing that a back three but with Ait-Nouri not Marcal. No idea the status of Donk which could mean a two of Neves and Moutinho which never seems to function great, be surprised to see Otasowie start but might be worth a go.

Perry and Corbeanu not in the u23 team today which lead 1-0 at half time.

My only worry is no central player up front, not even Donk to float in.

Apart from dropping Marcal and Silva to the bench and bringing in Kilman and Moutinho, I called that spot on. I'm sure Nuno is reading the preview thread for inspiration

I think and I may be wrong, fast agile strikers getting in behind may be a better way vs a physically strong Burnley defence, we'll know for sure in a couple of hours

You can scoff but I did say Ait-Nouri would be back, that Saiss would replace Boly in a back 3 and that Otasowie would be in midfield if Donk was crocked.

I'm glad Otasowie is playing. I think we need a physical presence in that midfield today and he will be full of confidence after the Chelsea game.

Hopefully we will start like we finished at Chelsea and play a pressing game with a higher line. It will be a long evening for Podence and Neto if we play deep, as they will have no focal point to play off. We have the players in that line up to make sure we get people around them though.

Yeah I think Semedo and Ait-Nouri will play a big part tonight
