I thought it was a red card too. Denied a goal scoring opportunity. No doubt VARdiola and his minions took care of it so he didn’t get a red card.

Stones covering, awful touch by Salah.

Stones doesn't get to Salah in time if he is not pulled back - anybody that looks at that and believes it is delusional...

Disagree, Salah has a heavy touch and throws himself down cos he knows Stones has it covered.

The question is where is the card for Salah for the blatant dive and reversal of the penalty decision as its not a penalty

Well clearly Ruben Dias agrees with me.

He throws himself down because Ruben Dias pulling him back means he can no longer get there in time - if he's not pulled Stones has no chance.

Stones was coming in covering.

Salah dive, Oliver must have known that.

Because Stones was covering, it wasn’t a clear goal scoring opportunity. The bigger issue is why Salah wasn’t booked for diving.

Wasn’t even a foul never mind a red.

Of course it was a dive but it was still a foul. You think Salah should continue on having been pulled back in the box? Referees don't give it if they don't go down. We all know this by now in the modern game.

Salah should have been booked for diving tbh. Had no intention of staying on his feet.

Salah just needs to change his drama school and his acting coach. There's nothing else he can learn from the ones in Liverpool.

Ok...let's clarify. Salah went down easily. Minimal tug back..but this season..we have seen those given. Now...is it a red or yellow? Well the law as written does not mention any covering defenders. If Salah was past Diaz and about 12 yards from goal...even with stones coming across...it is STILL a goalscoring opportunity. Especially for the player leading the goalscoring charts in the league. So if you put those together and then add the fact that the ref gave a penalty for the foul with Diaz making NO attempt to win the ball, it should be a red.

Now...bring common sense in and yes a yellow is correct. What we are asking for is consistency. If Luiz was a red..so is this. If this is a yellow...Luiz's red card should have been rescinded Nd the FA should have apologized.

Salah should have been red carded for that theatrical dive
