Has Pep Changed?

Would point to the signings of Dias, Laporte, ake and stones as replacements for kompany as a bigger reason before I start talking about how he’s changed his management style, what is that £200 million on cbs?
He’s a fantastic manager obviously but I wouldn’t say he’s changed all that much at all.

Yes, he has changed £200 million into four CB's.

Money well spent

He's changed a £1.5m attacking midfielder into a class left back.

Until Pep manages Chorley and get them to win the quadruple he will never be recognised for his abilities by a good few envious caaaants.

So the equivalent of designing trainers for Valentino, Gucci and Balenciaga then going to work for Gola just to prove you can actually design trainers 😂

It's the reason why I refuse to go to Heston Blumenthal's restaurants. Has he ever flipped a burger? He should try to make a cheeseburger taste like scallop risotto at MickeyD's to prove he's a good chef.

Most chefs have to learn their trade somewhere and go through years of training. They don’t just start at a Michelin restaurant with whatever they want

AC Milan is the kind of job that would interest me as they are european royalty as far as I am concerned.

Quick question, Should Pep have turned down the Barca, Bayern and City job and waited for a Spurs to call him first after his Barca B stint or does he have to go down to a Spurs now to prove that he can actually manage a football club?

Pep won’t have proved he’s a real manager until he’s wrestled a wild leopard on a rainy night in Bulawayo

He would improve any team. Whether they consistently win titles is down to the quality of the players and the squad.

I wasn't serious mate

How could they have let Max Verstappen loose in an F1 car when he didn't have a normal driving licence? He should have mooched around town for a couple of years doing donuts in a Dutch Asda carpark first.

Not uncommon for top ex players to go straight into, or very close to straight into, jobs at the top of management. Their playing career effectively was their training.

I bet he can't win a Grand Prix in a Peugeot 205 GTi

Especially for someone as astute as Guardiola coached by Cruyff.

Exactly, as well as his relationship with the club.

If that’s the analogy then surely he started at Barca as the equivalent of a pot wash then worked up 🤔

Don’t be stupid, grated. That narrative doesn’t work for the wums.

Bruce Lee’s a fraud. He shouldn’t be like water, he should start off with windmill arms.

Two of my best mates are decent talented chefs. I’ll be sure to pass on the feedback 🤣
