I think Poch took Spurs as far as they can go. Doubt we’ll see them at that level again.

Players were at their peak. Walker, Rose, Dembele, Eriksen, Verts all gone now, that's most of the best players. None of the replacements anywhere near good enough.

Tell you who you really miss, A Dembele type CM, he was a top player and as you've said compare and contrast the defence of say 3-4yrs ago with this seasons shambles?

Eriksen was starting to decline before he left.
Don’t think he’s been great at Inter either and has been bit part.
Walker and Eriksen winning a league title this season and have won many league titles in there career. Even Dembele won 1 and also Vertonghen.
Spurs had lots of good players in last 5-6 years. Maybe Poch underachieved in the end and he might get beaten to the league in France by Lille.

Even selling a good few players might not help, you wont get as much for the deadwood as you'd need to spend on the incoming?
Obviously there are few who would command big cash, Kane, Son to name a couple but the rest won't go for big bucks imo, it will be imperative you get the right coach /manager and hope for some youth coming through, might take a while but as long as you see defined progress then that's all good 👍

Get big money for the best players, then the rest of the squad just getxwhat you can. I don't really care how much they get, they all need moving on over the next three or four years. This surely has to be the last season for players like Dier, Winks, Moura, Lamela etc.

If we were to get the right manager it could make a hell of a difference. Some of that team weren't looked on as being that great before Poch came in. Rose and Walker had mistakes in them, and Dembele never got going. They became really important under Poch. Even Dier had his best spell as a holding mid.
Been saying for a while now, that it’s the players who keep costing us....
I don’t blame Poch or Jose one bit...
How can you expect to win anything or get top 4, when you’ve got : Aurier, Doherty, Sanchez, Dier, Davies, Winks, Sissoko & Dele Ali in your squad...

Spurs are actually 1st for outperforming expected goals for and against this season so you have great attackers and goalkeeper or luck. Just need to be more dominant.
