At least Mourinho has 2 good seasons at big clubs (Chelsea, Inter, Real etc). Klopp can only manage one before losing the dressing room. Top managers do it in multiple seasons. Not just one.

People underestimate how hard it is to repeat as champions. Liverpool were so hungry for that title last year, had no injuries, and City were poor. The result was a compete dominance.
This season injuries have hit hard, City are back to being the best (possibly in the world), and Liverpool players clearly lack that mental edge they had the previous 2-3 seasons.

This season injuries have hit hard, City are back to being the best (possibly in the world), and Liverpool players clearly lack that mental edge they had the previous 2-3 seasons.

I couldn't care less about what Neville said about Maguire to be honest. The sample size of games without him is pretty small, and even when he was playing there were games we were crap.
Maguire is a big miss, obviously, but not the reason for or against most results.

Premier league stats for 20/21 shows that Liverpool were top for shots/big chances created and also big chances missed.
They had Mane,Salah and Firminho all in the top 10 in the league for players missing big chances,but according to some this is because 50 yards back they had 2 different CB's playing.

Got to love the salty opposition fans all over this...

Limiteddid you listen to Neville crying about Mcquires impact and loss to the team while we ripped you apart.
That was just the first game he missed

I couldn't care less about what Neville said about Maguire to be honest. The sample size of games without him is pretty small, and even when he was playing there were games we were crap.
Maguire is a big miss, obviously, but not the reason for or against most results.

In essence this is what the Liverpool supporters are saying.
Premier league stats for 20/21 shows that Liverpool were top for shots/big chances created and also big chances missed.
They had Mane,Salah and Firminho all in the top 10 in the league for players missing big chances,but according to some this is because 50 yards back they had 2 different CB's playing.

People underestimate how hard it is to repeat as champions. Liverpool were so hungry for that title last year, had no injuries, and City were poor. The result was a compete dominance.
This season injuries have hit hard, City are back to being the best (possibly in the world), and Liverpool players clearly lack that mental edge they had the previous 2-3 seasons.
