Yeah I didn't think people would be, although that kind of style has been useful for teams like Atletico. Injuries forced my hand in that regard though, would have been a more free flowing set up had Willian, Gotze and Griezmann not been injured.

Should maybe have played a 4-3-3 with Williams/Lacazette instead of Mitrovic and Garcia but wanted to keep the 4-4-2 base

I think your report on my game means there's not a chance you'll get any sympathy from me.

My issue isn't necessarily that I dropped points at home to Everton, it's that when I was Everton manager I got nothing from results when I had a very good team compared to what I started with, yet when Fan takes over and makes the team slightly different, not better but not worse, he gets a draw away at Man U.

If it was the fruity then so be it, but the report makes out as if it was a poor performance which is just unfair to predict. Unless you want to justify it LSTD?

bit of both really Marky, you obviously had a fair few more slots but i also think your attack was a bit reliant on two players with Falcao and Pedro having no form whatsoever, Zabaleta also on Pedro's side been injured for most of the season and was poor last year so a few players in the side who aren't performing.

Whilst you had more slots, i felt that if a draw came out it was acceptable to put it down to an off day with one too many underperforming players in an attacking sense.

If that's the case I'm obviously underperforming as Man U manager. I've already lost a lot of desire to keep going in this league due to work etc so not a snap decision but I'm seriously considering resigning.

Man U's form has been awful. Near the bottom of the form guide although got a couple of wins in January then dropping more points at home to the bottom side.

don't think its the case you're underperforming but obviously an injury to Lewandowski and replacing him with Falcao severely weakens any teams attack and Pedro not playing well either irl, just a case of using players doing it irl imo and you'd have pretty much taken most slots, you had 75% as it is tbh
