city through but de bruyne stretchered off
Good night for my strikers
Why did luuk De Jong fail at Newcastle scores loads
Yeah gabigol on loan, Campbell needs a good offer as would rather not sell
because he's not that good a player, like a poor mans Andy Carroll tbh

there should always be an asterisk next to statements like that because hes in holland
kuyt with a zimmerframe is scoring something like 2 in 3 back there
Holland is just a league based on the Dutch view of how to play football, no cultural impacts of any other kind. You're either born into that way of playing, brought across from South America/scandanavia and taught that way from a young age or you are a pretty average player in what is your prime and find its an easy league to settle into.
They're not used to the ball being off the ground so any big striker is always going to have success, found out in Germany and Newcastle for the average player he is simply cause defenders are wise to crosses.
Not many Dutch players doing much at the moment to be honest
Ajax have some nice young talents in Bazoer/van de Beek/Eiting/Nouri but have to wait and see. Diks at Vitesse I like also
I do think Depay will come good
I expect Depay to improve, was never going to hit the ground running, and needs to sort his head out too.
Never going to be as good as Robben though
Very few players are ever going to be as good as Robben, did anyone actually expect Depay to be one of them?
Hardly the de Bruyne show!
lstd, meet ludy, he brings out the party poppers whenever one of his players completes a pass
RVP could be an interesting short term signing for us if it's true Remy is going to Newcastle!
He'd be far better than Pato
Almost certainly, seems like we might end up with both
Don't understand the Pato one tbh
Loan, only 26, obviously has a hell of a lot of talent, performing well again in Brazil and played 150 games in 3 years so injury problems seem to be behind him.
With it being a loan it's a low risk gamble really, if it pays of we have first option if not we don't sign him.
At this stage we won't get top 4 and we won't get relegated, so worthy trying him out
Not that I think he'll do much, but I can see why the club have gone for it. We don't have any young CFs ready for first team either with Solanke already out on loan so not like we are doing anything counter productive there
I believe Milan actually did the same with Thiago Silva after he'd failed at Porto and Moscow and gone back to Brazil to sort himself out, it worked out well for them and PSG! Plus Pato was actually good for AC
But theres still questions over Pato's attitude which is why I reckon even if there was talent there it's a pointless move.
Silva I'd say was different since he's a cb and was still a couple years younger moving to Milan than Pato is now I'm sure. But get your point.
