If where to match the ambition Levy shows them Steve Bruce . Now if Levy really cares about the club and fans stick with Conte and give him a massive budget, none of this haggling over a few million.
Surely how quick we've broken Conte is one for the trophy cabinet
No manager of any credentials wants to work with levy
That’s why it was such a mess last summer when they tried to hire a manager. Everyone turned them down
If conte walks it really is over for spurs. They will go back to being a mid table side.
I can see Poch coming back in the summer. That’s the only card levy has left, although he will not work with a dof, which is no bad thing, paratici is up on the long list of levy’s terrible decisions
Potter and Ten Hag turned down levy in the summer according to reports and they would have been ideal

To be honest I think a large section of our fanbase were well overrating Conte, and what he could do with the current Spurs squad.
Not really the majority I see slate the squad on a daily basis

Why would they have been ideal? Both would have the same set of players, that all the other managers have to work with. The results would be exactly the same as now.

Nobody was mate. We all know the squad was rubbish. We just thought just maybe Levy might finally try backing one of the best managers in europe, but nope as per usual, he fails to back him properly
Jose was a short term coach
Every decision higher up has been crap since we left the old stadium

It's rare that a new coach comes in with the same players and things change quickly.

Sean Dyche has my vote but would he want to leave Burnley
I called this when he was appointed!
The problem has never been with the managers, it’s always been the board and some fans too.
I just don’t know why they can’t give a manager a couple of seasons at least and accept for the meanwhile that Tottenham are very much a work in progress.
It took klopp a couple of seasons to see what he was up to and even Pep has struggled at times, but Spurs seem to want an overnight success at every management appointment?!
If Conte goes I genuinely don't care who comes in. The only guarantee is it will be a far worse manager.
Probably some two bob journeyman from serie A if Paratici is in charge.

Klopp got backed. Our club don’t back their managers, so it will never work like it did at Liverpool under klopp. Completely different situations.
If Conte quits, then he would just show that he hasn’t got any back bone... just a manager that’s only happy to go to a club that throws money at him...
If so, no one would have any respect for him...surely any manager with half a brain cell, would wait until the Summer, to see which players are likely to come in...
The club has to get rid of Gollini,Doherty, Sanchez, Davies & Winks... they are the main cause of our problems...
Worst case scenario... I’d bring in Ralph Hassenhutl... he’s worked wonders at Southampton...
Maybe just maybe the problem isn’t with the managers.

Not sure his first reign at Juve hinged on the club just throwing money around and exclude the Lukaku signing at Inter and he wasn’t exactly spending big money there either.
Think fans automatically assume that backing a manager means spending big money, because it doesn’t. It means listening to his needs and then helping him the best squad possible through whatever means are available to the club, whether that is through money, or good scouting, or the youth system or whatever. Unfortunately for us we do none of this well and our idea of backing a manager is realising he needs a central defender, faffing around for someone like Skriniar who we have no intention of signing and then coming back with Joe Rodon.

Beyond laughable to be calling Conte overrated.
The problem is the defence... & Winks... who offers no protection...
We’ve gone from the best defence a few seasons back... to one of the worst
Why don’t we ever buy tall, technical & dominant centre halves anymore?
The amount of goals that we concede from crosses is disgraceful
