No, but you are going out of the way to imply that it hasn't happened by disingenuously dismissing in-depth reports from highly reputable news organisations to cast doubt on the severity of the situation. You then get to hide behind things like "I'm haven't said it isn't happening" so that you have an out when people counter your misinformation.

It is a very common tactic used by rightwingers to try and dismiss things they disagree with but still have a cover so they aren't technically lying.

I’m surprised more hasn’t been said about China’s role in all this. Two years of the West spending gazillions fighting a virus that originated in China, no one’s got any money to support their own economies, never mind fund a war. Putin ramps up the pressure, with China looking over his shoulder seeing how the West react before deciding to do exactly the same in in Taiwan, because now they see that there is no appetite for taking up arms to defend these nations.

The bigger picture and outlook here is potentially pretty devastating.
