i would hope hes a 10 because we cant really give up on james after playing him in the wrong position most of the year. can we?

The way he plays for Leipzig and the US national team
is forward and all over the park. His stats for distance
covered per game is nuts. He probably fit Bielsa's
system as well as Marsch's. He gets out wide left and
right and the next minute his switched. He's very quick. If we landed Minamino as well, holy hell.

The US team are very excited about BA and the rest of their emerging crop of young players.

Hopefully, this is a sign that the club and Marsch are
on the same page as they say.

Reading that we are also looking at Dest, he seems to play over the pitch for Barca.
Not sure there's much mileage in this one given we are also allegedly in for Calvin Ramsey and have Drameh and Ayling at the club.

From what I understand, Aaronson is essentially an attacking midfielder who can play wide. Replacement for klich really. Quick, fit, good runner with the ball. Will be great in transition, which is why marsch likes him. Less effective in picking a pass or breaking down packed defences.

Dest is a right back who can play left back. I imagine he’s getting airtime as a possible makeweight in raph to Barca deal. Good player and only 21, bit inconsistent.

Marsch has stated he wants two more strikers,
specifically a '9' that's great news.
