Maguire has been fine for England alongside Stones. Tried and trusted partnership, which is what you need at CB.

Maguire has actually played more often at CB this season than John Stones.

Agree with you on Foden. But again, tried and trusted with Sterling. Foden hasn't really done it for England yet. Hopefully that changes.

Sterling was massively underwhelming up until the last tournament. He's been picked on the strength of that.

Excellent.

I'm no Mguire fan but he always does well for England.

Don't like Sterling in this side, decision making and finishing are generally poor.

Both looking very good, admittedly against poor opposition.
