I think managers need to be given time and although its a calendar year, I really feel manager needs at least a season.
Marsch has been well supported in terms of inbound transfers, its ironic how he complain about Newcastle spending yet he's spent more!
I don't see him leaving this season, but if Everton has a new manager bounce and others make progress whilst we pick up minimal points in next 3 matches, will take a board who have a very strong constitution to hold onto Marsch if we've slipped into bottom 3.

Clough should never have been appointed at all. He hated that Leeds team and Revie. Madness offering him the job.
The mistake the Leeds board made after Revie left was appointing Clough without Taylor.
Had Clough had Peter Taylor with him Leeds trophy winning history may have been a lot different.
Forest certainly benefited from that duos very successful partnership.
