If it's 'well established' that Celtic are 'flush with cash' why is it even worth commenting on at all, far less on a regular basis.?
Although you will no doubt deny it, you're doing it to suggest that the picture is less rosy than it seems. Probably for the same reasons that the vile Keith Jackson put our this morning.
That stuff will not kill Celtic. Nowhere near it. There will be no case in America. Dream on.

I am interested in the football. Rangers have unexpectedly undergone a mini resurgence under Phil (one of the best cases of new manager bounce ever it seems) and Celtic have bizarrely decided not to strengthen areas they really needed to strengthen.
And theres a £60m CL pot at stake.
Seems a fairly fruitful set of circumstances for a discussion on a football forum?
Certainly the most interesting league we have had in a while.

I seen someone comment the Aberdeen side is dross.
I genuinely think they've got some good players and are well below the position they should be in with that squad. 3rd best squad in the country imo.
Warnock will be entertaining and he should get the best out of them. I do think if the dressing room is full of softies it could go sour pretty quick though.
Very poor performance on Saturday
Rodgers is starting to do my head in with his starting XI and his subs
I mean Abada ...after that Ross County game ..really ?
Ralston for Bernabei...I'm not sure what that would resolve..infact things just got worse when he came on
Completely abandoned his left back position and just didn't have a clue
And...MoR ... pash past two games .
However I don't know if this group realise you need to win in every game . The urgency at 1-1 was ridiculous
What about AJ ...a minute yo go and he takes 40 secs of that for a throw in
Things need to change ...we sorely miss Hatate
Does the CL pot matter that much to Celtic. They seem to spend about 20/25m most seasons but it's just maintenance signings. Nobody is being brought into kick them on a level.
Different story for us, we need it a lot more and it allows us to get quality players in.
If you gave Clement and Rodgers 25m each to sign players in the summer, even most Celtic fans would probably fancy Clement to spend it better.

Winning the league could be transformative for us.
It all depends how you spend the money though.
Phil seems to be getting a lot right so far so if his recruitment turns out to be decent then we could really kick on.

It will matter to us now, so should matter to them. Would’ve made no difference to us last few years, we’d have made less if we’d been in CL every year most likely given our coefficient would’ve been pash and that impacts the cash.
Now we’ll have a good ten year coefficient and with CL money supposedly going up will be massive for us
Celtic have spent double what we have over last few years. That said what we’ve spent cash on has been mostly pash too
That’s it then Neil Warnock in till end of the season

The Bernabei then Ralston on his wrong side farce just summed up our pathetic efforts in the Jan window. We clearly recognised we needed a LB, even before Taylor got crocked … and made a lame late attempt to get Owen Beck. Where were plans B, C and D when that fell through the moment Klopp brought him on as a late sub? Just nothing. It really is shocking just how badly we’re run. Absolute amateurs … complacent, grippy amateurs.

We will take any advantage we can get so we need to make it count with Hetate and CCV out.
We are down to only 6 first team options injured now (Balogoun, Davies, Dowell, Sima, Roofe, Danilo) so things are looking up.
You expect 2 or 3 injuries at any one time but this season has been spectacular for us.

What about AJ ...a minute yo go and he takes 40 secs of that for a throw in
Things need to change ...we sorely miss Hatate

is there any update on Hatate injury ? long term or short term?

Does the CL pot matter that much to Celtic. They seem to spend about 20/25m most seasons but it's just maintenance signings. Nobody is being brought into kick them on a level.
Different story for us, we need it a lot more and it allows us to get quality players in.

of course its important to celtic even if at a minimum to reduce our income and hinder us.

Both, given he has tissue paper calves. Barely featured all season … not expecting that to change.

yeah seems to be a recurring issue, is that his 3rd or 4th consecutive calf injury? is it the same calf he keeps doing?

Clement has ben rotating our squad perfectly since he came in, is another thing he deserves praise for. tinkering and tweaking the team in almost every game.

Nice to see the bears getting giddy again.
In so saying, we’ve some amount of entitled fuds who think the possibility of losing a league is somehow a disaster of epic propositions. It’s not.
