Harry Maguire is always saying this line too

posted 2 weeks, 3 days ago

Words are meaningless.

To be fair, he is being played out of position. Needs to play on the left. By playing him central, we have 2 of the front 3 useless at best.

Hes being played out of position for facking WERNER. disgraceful

posted 2 weeks, 3 days ago

Out of interest, why is Richarlison not getting a sniff for you guys of late? Don’t particularly rate him, but at least he’s an actual centre forward.

Werner & BJ seem to be trying to outdo each other week to week for who can look the most ineffectual wide player.

Mentality is still shocking at this club
Were dominating that game until first goal and then collapsed like a pack of cards

As long as he doesn't say they tried their best, cause they clearly didn't.

Not to mention Ange’s head down, embarrassed interview technique after a loss. Like feckin clockwork. You can’t bring the bravado all week and then come out, head-bowed after a mauling. It’s the same every single time.

May as well say it if you're going to speak to the fans and try to apologise.

Just don't say anything and play better next time to ensure it doesn't happen again.

To be fair, from a ‘Tic fan, he’s like that in every interview. Hope he can get you guys back on track soon anyways.

No, he’s far more sarcastic and bullish in his pre match press conferences. Post loss he shrinks, which is to be expected but he needs to lay off with the faux humility.

He’s just disappointed. If you interviews lots of fans they’d be like that after a loss. He just doesn’t wanna talk to the media when he’s feeling like that

posted 2 weeks, 3 days ago

The whole club is weak both physically and mentally, the club ethos and mentality is not a winning one, it is ok to lose if you play for Spurs.

Just look at how some of our players are easily out muscled, (Udogie, Bentancur, Son, to name a few) and look at how the whole team collapses at the first sign of adversity.

Being disappointed is fine.

Saying you will learn from this and then you don’t learn from it isn’t.

Can we re-sign Lloris so he can stand in front of the camera and tell us all it wasn’t good enough

At what point does Ange look at this and say

1. Set pieces attacking and defensive are a joke
2. The number of times one straight ball through the centre of the pitch calves apart out defence is a joke.

Concerned

A lot of our problems I think comes down to Ange having 3 young inexperienced coaches around him

Ange needs to look back on the season and really get to grips with what's gone wrong and how to fix it cause things have gone very stale and predictable since the first few months. All that positive feeling within the team has gone.

Get to the end of the season and start afresh for the new season and then maybe the players will get some sort of motivation and consistency back again.
