Keep the Tories in, I’m in a cracking Defined Pension Scheme that my company also contributes to, apparently Labour want to look at reforms for DB schemes!
They can go and feck themselves leave my pension alone and let me retire early as planned!

You clearly don’t have a clue what a DB pension scheme is.

Well as much as I’m pleased for you I reckon I’d rather retire at 60 and not be a piece of shiiiiiiiiiiiiit
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What is it Tories say? Should have worked harder. His own fault if he has to retire later rather than relying on government handouts.

What a pointless childish comment!
----------------------------------------------------------------------

It’s wholly accurate

Why is it? I’ve worked hard and put a lot into my pension fund so I can retire about 58! Do you think I want someone in power to may prevent that from happening!

who was it who gave us Liz Truss?

we won brexit and if all of us who won us that vote vote reform like we should then we will win this to it should be even easier because the snow flake side will be split between labour conservative and whoever the other party's are so we should have a big majority
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Really not sure whether this is a wind up or genuine, poor grammar, mention of both Brexit & snowflakes, its just a little bit too much and I don't know if I should bite or not.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I knew Brexit wouldn't work and I don't understand it more than anyone else...

My thought pattern was so we move away from 'The Evil European Union' and keep things in house, so that means we have confidence in our Government to run our country independently?

I don't have faith in any party to run this country independently, esp Tories!

Never in my lifetime would I have thought a government would reduce a country to a third world clown show, but that’s what the Tories have done to us
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think people need to look at the bigger picture, this isn't a Tory thing, or a Labour thing, there's a reason the Tories have been consistently voted in, the opposition are as bad.

There needs to be a total reform in politics and public spending. The people in power need to have the intelligence, experience and good will to rip up the current political landscape, but those people are earning far more money for far less stress.

Who the feck would want to be an MP in the current climate?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I mean, it is a tory thing, primarily.

But comments like the one here are ridiculous, the UK is still one of the top 3% of places to live in the world.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Where did you read that? There was a report last month that showed we were the second most depressed country after Uzbekistan
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yep we are an overworked society, with the least bank holidays and that was before the problems of recent years!

That said it’s a bank holiday weekend here this weekend

I’ll be voting for whoever has the best chance to unseat the Tory mouthbreathing piece of sh!t that’s currently representing absolutely no one’s interests apart from his own in my town.

You know, It’s quite interesting reading your MP’s voting record. I highly recommend it. Of course, when I say quite interesting, what I mean is absolutely rage inducing.

I don’t necessarily think that we’re overworked but perhaps more under-rewarded.

In many ways previous generations worked just as hard or harder but in many others (those job sectors that are reliant on emails and constant / immediate responses) we work much longer hours as people are much more contactable out of hours and international factors too.

I clearly do! The trustees of our fund have said that with reforms our fund could end up going to a DC fund, although what we already have in the DB is guaranteed it will have an impact on our retirement age!

So what do you know that’s different? I await your well informed reply oooh great one!

Have you considered that maybe he knows that by voting Tory he will be able to retire earlier, but that by also voting Tory he will die sooner, meaning he’s putting others first by removing himself from the financial burden that pensions put upon the state?
