Maybe we can only win an FA Cup if we sack a Dutch manager striaght after winning it.

If INEOS base their decision on ETH's future on a single match, they aren't the professional operation they've portrayed themselves as. They really ought to know by now whether he's leaving or not. It's understandable if they're waiting until the end of the season before they formalise that decision.

It would be pretty classless to do it straight after but perhaps it's been decided a while ago anyway?

With Ten Hag fully aware of course.

Regardless of how people think Erik has done in his two years, I just can’t get behind get another managerial change.
Jim himself said no manager would succeed without a well defined structure above him. Erik worked wonders last season, at least give him a chance with the new management in place.
They need to get rid of a lot of players before they see a lot of change on the pitch

sometimes hes seemed decent but when its bad its been horrendous
his personality and his adamance hes staying makes me want him sacked though

I’d have given him a second chance if he had us playing some form of attractive football, being outshot by pub teams every single weekend was doing most our heads in

I get that, especially when you see what palace have done since moving Roy on. But yeh, I dunno, just think he deserves a proper shot for the final year of his contact. There have been signs, albeit small, that it could work

It’s a disaster we’re looking at another managerial
Change but I don’t think any other serious club in Europe wouldn’t sack their manager on the basis of our general performance and results it’s just how it is .
I have never warmed to Erik always found him a bit dour and lacking charisma for such a big job but that wouldn’t have mattered if he was a good coach while all the evidence seems to show he isn’t which is a surprise following his Ajax days, anyway it looks very much like another one bites the dust.

Like others, I’m a bit indifferent.
This constant manager change is not helpful and is not addressing the actual problem.
That said, this season has been awful.

This doesnt really make sense since the footballing structure above the head coach isnt even in place yet.
Jim previously said the issue with the club has not really been the manager.
Im hesitant in believing Di Marzio here.
