That’s what I like, negativity from the start🤔

One emerging positive is the performance of Dragusin in the Euros. Getting MOM in first game and showing what he can bring to the team. Providing we keep Romero (with Real sniffing around) then it is more than likely we will start with a back three of Romero, Dragusin & Van de Ven. A better back three would be difficult to find🤔

we wont start a back 3 but Drag will get plenty of minutes next season with injuries, suspensions etc

I think Romero will give us one more season

#Tottenham have no intention at all to let Cristian Romero leave the club, they have no intention to even entertain any discussions!

I’d sell Romero if we got an offer of around £75m-£80m. We have let in a daft amount of goals the last 2 seasons with him being around - not diminishing his ability, but he clearly isn’t the defensive difference maker for us.

Buy another young CB that can rotate with Dragusin and Micky and then use the remainder towards the other holes in the squad.

My only negativity with the new fixtures is that we have to wait until the Monday night before we start our season - bloody annoying, but what can you do

5th or higher and more progress in the all cups. I hear we could win a trophy but don't know what one is.

Eze, Vanderson, Gray, Calafiori, Alex Baena and loads more probably.

Same positive start we had last season will do. With min 3 top quality additions to the squad will help no end.

Seems perfectly reasonable to me. His true value is probably around the £60m mark, but no way we'd let him go for that. Only if something comes in comfortable in excess of that, so 75-80 is probably about right.

We paid £50m for him and he is an automatic starter for us. We would only sell for that amount, I’m sure of it - especially s it’s Real Madrid that’s sniffing round and they’ve only ever paid through the nose with us - and got good quality in return.

Otherwise, we will be very happy to keep hold of him

More a reflection of him being a Copa America and World Cup winner as well as highly regarded in certain countries, a move to Real/Barca will def in his plans.

We don’t owe him though, he has been good for us, but not great like he is for Argentina

and Udogie for a back four?

Romero is the best damned defender we have.
Teamed up with VDV and Udogie and , if to be believed, a very good Dragusin, we're solid at the back.

Why Real Madrid?
