More votes than Lib Dem’s but Lib Dem’s have over 70 seats?!!!
Make it make sense. Just a clear agenda to stop Reform.
Well tbf they did well on the number of voters but they were thinly spread.
A lot of their popularity is due to Farage,
When he goes so will a lot of their votes imo.

Unluckily for Kermit, many people are either too thick or lazy to vote or he may have got more

You don't understand how voting works, no worries. Some would say that should put you off talking politics... But we are all learning as we spin on this planet.
But you also miss out the tory seats/votes and every other metric that factually makes them Labour's clear opposition, even after one of their worst displays ever.
No conservative is the opposition to Labour.
Farage has no where to hide now, he's been all words for decades, now he actually has to make things happen for Clacton. I reckon he will do nothing

The only thing Farage getting elected “proves” is the stupidity of those to have finally been convinced in sufficient numbers by the ultimate snake oil salesman.
BTW, on the subject of seats vs share of the vote, Labour’s 412 must surely be a record for a comparatively low 35%? That’s largely on Nige, so well played there.
The grifting caaant might actually have to do some work now. Won’t hold my breath
If Farage can win a seat after the 8th time of trying surely Spurs can win a trophy soon?!!!

His persistence, resilience and tenacity to never give up and finally get elected tell me everything about what kind of a man he is.

People are listening though. More votes than Lib Dems, now multiple seats and multiple MPs.
The great thing now is Labour, who will be a disaster as usual, will make such a pig's ear of things that Reform will only go from strength to strength.
2029 they'll be in government and it will be glorious. Hands on, reversing all the damage Labour will do and the Torys before them.

True but Farage is only in it for himself. He don't give a tosh about his supporters. He wasn't even going to run at one point.
Reform will self implode like the Tories over time. I saw they have a pakistani representive who was speaking in his native tongue in a video the other day 😂😂😂

To carry on the Spurs analogy, Farage winning his seat in Clacton is akin to Spurs playing a sunday league team.
You making articles about the win is akin to Spurs fans winning 1-0 against said sunday league team
We’ll all be having a party 🎉
Finally getting elected is the worst thing to happen to Nigel. He's now going to be scrutinized and can't just sit in the background having a pop at everyone.
Not sure he's thought it through.

He won't be scrutinised. He benefits from the platform of being an MP without the responsibility of governing. He'll use the platform (as he did as an MEP) to perform media stunts and make bad faith arguments. The right-wing media will cheer him along, and mainstream broadcasters will largely give him a free ride because they are terrified of being accused of lacking impartiality.
This is a dangerous moment and we can't afford to be complacent about the racist lying сunt.
Think how far reform go will be more on how labour do than reform themselves.
