Despite the £12 million pay off before November I can't see how the fallout from this latest defeat doesn't instigate your owners into saying enough is enough and begin the search for a new manager....options are pretty slim though but even an interim appointment of an ex player would see an improvement in results.

Mbeumo Sesko Cunha
With an interim like Carrick, Fletcher, Ole or whoever setting up in a 433 with something like the above, would we fare better this season?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Bruno needs binning
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He’s the best AM we have if we set up in a 433 though tbf. Then bin him off in the summer and build a proper midfield.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If he's the best, THEN WE ARE FACKKED.
Which has been my point for 2 years now. He's not star of a premier league team of our level. He should be at Sunderland or Saudi playing with Ronaldo

We are already past the transfer window. I’m talking about from now, for this season. Unless you think Mount is better.
Maybe Cunha as AM and Amad/Mbeumo on the wings, but they’re still less productive than him.
We need a proper midfield more than anything. 2 good signings for the base of a decent 433.

Ole and Carrick would steady the ship short term but Sir Gareth is the way they would go I think

Just don’t get how the manager watches the players every week and all week in training, knows their qualities and weaknesses, and thinks we can have ANY Level of control, or periods of sustained pressure/possession with a midfield 2 of Ugarte and Bruno, with help from Dorgu and Dalot either side of them.
