I don't know what's the more remarkable out of the vast number of stunning young turkish women, and the large number of very lovely indeed young turkish women with totally bang average blokes.

Need to double check the distance, but think I've just done 7k in a shade under 23 minutes.

Whatever the distance is, I did 25% more than yesterday (my first run in 5 days) in 90 seconds less

and (now ive learned how to use google maps) i know that what I thought was 6.5k last week in 33.50 was actually a touch over 6k.

Improving

i actually knocked 2 and a half minutes off yesterday, with an extra 1.3km thrown in for good measure!

worth getting up an hour earlier and running before it gets hot!!

that's sub 24 minutes 5k pace, over nearly 7k

With google maps, you can measure a distance between 2 known points anywhere. You don't need a measuring wheel, and you don't even need to scale it with a piece of paper.

My body's getting MASSIVELY eyed up at the beach club.
