Name your favourite big cat (I'm including Cheetahs and Pumas in this list even though they are part of the subfamily Felinae and not Pantherinae like Lions, Tigers, Jaguars, Leopards & Snow Leopards)

I'm going for the leopard (Panthera pardus)

Weirdly I had a dream about a big cat last night/this morning.

OK, this is what I remember
-I was somewhere exotic, backpacking.
-I was making plans for moving on when I suddenly remembered I was past checkout time. It was nearly 1pm and I had forgotten all about checking out.
-I then went on a boattrip down a river. It was on some kind of layover, and I had just planned to get one boat a little way down the river, and then catch one coming back again
-But after a couple of hours there were some amazing looking temples, and I thought sod it this must be the fabled (whatever I don't think there was actually a name for the place i can identify) I'm going to get off and look around
-I remember at one point there was some guy playing in a golf tournament. He had hit the ball into a hazard and thought he had a penalty drop, but was delighted when he found the ball in play.
-The guy attempted a shot where he scooped it over his shoulder up in the air and then travelling forwards.
-But the shot went the wrong way and landed over a small river. I was sitting on the other side of the river, and when he came over I asked if he wanted me to grab the ball, which I did
-The next thing I know, I am on a big rock (maybe a few metres high a few metres across) which is hurtling down a huge river on a biblical torrent of water
-The only thing on the rock over than myself were two big cats, which in my head were lions, although thinking about them now they were more like cheetahs.
-I had come to the conclusion that pretty much the only option was for us all to jump for it and to somehow hope to be able to swim to shore
-About the last thing I remember is thinking well at least I didn't get in trouble for the late checkout. Also wondering if the lions were going to remain chilled if I stood up to jump off the rock.

But in answer to the question, I would love to have seen a leopard on my travels, or a tiger.
But maybe not in my dreams...
