The West ham performance was better
We looked pretty suspect at the back but as soon as rice came on, we started to dominate the game
Very good win for us and vital three points against an opponent that wasnt easy. Jesus hit form at the right time. Hope Saka injury isnt as bad as it looked.
Yeah much better from us today, feared the worse after we conceded, but we bounced back really strong, reminded me more of arsenal from last season. Defence was shaky today, but as a team we seemed to work well to negate them having an off day and dominated in other areas until the defence sorted itself out a bit.
Hope Saka isn’t too bad, if Jesus continues his form we can probably muddle by in the next couple of games with him Trossard, Martinelli, Havertz and nwaneri hopefully stepping up. But could really do with him back for the Newcastle, Man U, spurs run!
Great Result. Palace put us under a lot of pressure and could gave scored 3 or 4 goals themselves but failed to take their chances but we took ours. Our defense looked very shaky in the 1st half not helped either by Raya with his passing out. However he did make a couple of great saves. Skelly played well but worried me when asked to mark Mateta but got through it.

He's a quality player but I don't think we have missed him that much Timber is very good in that position. Our shaky defence was due to how dodgy Gabriel and Saliba looked, also didn't help that Partey was looking isolated things improved when Rice came on.
Saliba was shocking in that first half
