I'm tired of taking big swings that blow up in our face. just go and hire a manager who's currently doing a good job in the PL. that way if it goes to piiish we can finally know that it actually is just because the players are shiiite, rather than never being able to separate that from the manager's style of play being unfit for the PL

We should be bringing an interim in for now and then go hard for Iraola in the summer.

We can’t just keep going with Ange - lose to Leicester next week and we could be in serious trouble

It’s an astonishing level of stupidity to assume that Ange is more likely to win a cup because we’re so dogshiiiit in the league. The only fragment of truth in that is that we might focus more on the cups because the league is a lost cause, but are we more likely to win a cup? Of course feckin not because we’re shiiiiit and that puts us much further away from success than we ever were under Poch. The league is the truest test of progress, not a cup. We could win the league cup every year but if we finished 15th every season I’d be furious.

The best clubs win the trophies. The way to measure who the best clubs are is to look at the table. We’re nowhere near it so barring a miracle at Anfield, you’re gonna be waiting a long time Sandy.

So a guy that did shatt all and got sacked just because Woodgate won him a cup in extra time was better than the guy who cleared out the deadwood, IMPROVED the youth and brought them through and then took us to consecutive CL finishes and a CL final was worse manager than Ramos.

As for the injuries excuse........the squad on the pitch today was well capable of beating Everton if it had a coherent game plan and defensive strategy. A back 4 might have been a good way to start the game. But, No...it was 3 including Ben Davies!
You do not give 3 goals away and expect to win games.
True Son missed two great chances to score, first half.

Overall, I cannot decide if firing this manager is a better risk than letting him stay.
It does not look as if we will get relegated unless we continue to lose every game......and I believe that is unlikely. With the players returning from injury we should win some..... even with this manager.

Finally, is Levy going to pay what it would take for a top manager to take on this mess ATM?
I'm sure the phone calls and assessments are being made right now ... if Ange isn't fired by weekend, I think he stays until season's end.
