i think the "best" person for the job is the person who fills what they need the best.
What do you need them to do, and who would be the best person to do that.
i'm not bothered by anyones skin, sexuality, or anything like that. Can you do the job and not make my life more difficult? great!
‘ i think the "best" person for the job is the person who fills what they need the best.’
The answer to this will always be Pointy.

I don’t have any problem with DEI. A decent bit of skirt raises morale amongst the fellas. Happy workers are more productive workers.
Apologies for turning this into LinkedIn. Thanks Pointy for bringing us back to reality
Is "roaster" a recognised characteristic under DEI?
Always good for team morale.

I do manage a few people in-house and several contracts.
I tend to let folk just get on with things and chase them up occasionally when they start slacking.
I was made for management

Sounds like Stevie had a seizure remembering Ange got pumped by Bodo playing Moty, Moff and Dano?
St3vie, did you have a wee stroke?
Would you like one?
For anyone needing closure to this anecdote, Bodo went on to score 2 in ET to make it 6-4 on aggregate.
This is going to go well - fat drunks turning out to abuse wee dancing lassies - ah bit p-do's n'at...

Fenerbahce or Bodo for Rangers then. Hope it's the former so it is win:win for tims. Would be nothing sweeter than 'sir Jose' running up the touchline giving it GIRFUY at a late winner. Hey ho.
