Pretty poor sluggish half from us there, but we have the lead.
Set up very negative. Could win with ease with some pace or actual forwards alongside JSL.
JSL carrying our ass today. Good to see. No doubt he can finish, just needs to improve his all around game.
Just got to stay switched on now. 3rd goal would help of course
Big win that, made heavy work of it towards the end but 3 points in the bag
Not that we were going down anyway but that win today should help the pant wetters finally dry out.
Pretty poor really but workmanlike and I guess we got what we needed.
Pleased for JSL.
4 teams above us all on 34 points, and we're nearer to them all than Ipswich or Leicester are to us.
Sounds ridiculous that with a run of good rounds of results we could end up 13th.
Yes the Mrs is happy with that 1-1, less so with my suggestion that we can now possibly catch both then and the rest of the 34 point clubs.
It's not happening by the way but had to be pitched
Really important win today and with Ipswich losing we’d need a pretty disastrous end to the season to not stay up now. Really please for Larsen who has been struggling recently but over the season has had more criticism than he’s deserved in his first season. Let’s hope he kicks on from here and gets a few more goals before the season ends.
Made hard work of it at the end but we just don’t have the sparks in the attacking third to put teams away. A bit of pace in the attacking third would help us more than anything.
But we’ve been clocking up the points when the teams behind us haven’t and we’ll likely end up well clear of the bottom three.
As we are at home to West Ham next I think it's quite reasonable to think we could eventually overtake them in the table. Not sure about Everton, Man Utd and Spurs, although are still to play the last 2 of those.
Wouldn't expect it Wulfrun, those sides above us will all get to 40 points or thereabouts.
Don't think it will happen either Cinci, but reckon West Ham would be the most likely that we could catch.
How good is Andre? Absolutely love watching him now he has settled.
As is often the case I'm always a bit nervous when a Wolves player really starts to shine. Assume he'll be snapped up at some point.
No doubt Andre will move on sooner rather than later, it was pretty well known he was good enough for a top club.
Resigned to a few players moving on in the summer but do hope Joao and Andre stick around for another year.
Strand Larsen playing through the pain barrier today with a broken hand. Didn’t seem to affect him
Equal 5th in current form table.
How do lads missed the today, went to see warhorse instead
Would take an absolute clusterfck to go down now, maybe good time to give the younger players more pitch time and gradually phase out those most likely to leave
Two goals for Larsen today and two assists for Bellegarde who has improved so much since Pereira took over
Correct prediction again today.
Can't start betting though because whenever I do I lose.
COYW.
didn’t play very well but shows what Larsen can do if you get the ball in the box to him, we should try doing that more often generally, our failure to do so is probably why apparently we are the only team in Europe-I assume top leagues- not to have a pen this season
