Though I prefer Williams to win,, I think Zhao has a better chance against him.
At least we reach the interval
Century for Judd and he trails 15-12. That was better from him. He really needs to take this next frame before the mid session interval.
Judds safety has been poor all match.
Williams is so good to watch when he plays like this…
As Clive Everton would say... 4 up with 5 to play... 16-12...
Judd in an identical position John was. I was grieving at this point before John put the afterburners on.
Century for Williams and he leads 16-12 Judd has to somehow win 5 frames in a row. Extremely unlikely.
Williams is almost as old as me.
How the fack is he still playing like this
PEDs probably
Imagine how good he would be if he could see
I think he should leave his eyes the way they are.............
Majority of Judds break offs have been poor as well.
Judd just needs to take each frame 1 at a time, forget about the scoreline.
Mark can see clearly, it seems whatever he did (contacts or something) before the WC has worked and he has adjusted to it.

That was the issue - he started wearing contact lenses, but couldn't get use to them, so stopped wearing them

Is he not wearing any contacts now? I'm struggling to buy the 'I can't see anything' guff when playing this well to be honest. Seems to be exaggerating the problem, at least in how it affects him on the table.

Like Ronnie's.... Shocking
Yeah Judd's safety success was at 77% or something, pot success around 87%. Pretty low for his standards though Mark is putting it to him.

I don't want to go all technical (I know about eyes), but he's got what is known as presbyopia - so basically when you get older, your close-up vision gets poorer. (basically needing reading spex when you get older). But if he corrects his vision for that, it means he can't see far away, so it's trying to get a compromise that you are comfortable with.
Any type of surgery wouldn't necessarily solve the problem
Yeah, it can't affect him that much, because no way you could play that well if it was. But it must be having a bit of an effect
Judd gets a frame back and trails 16-13.
