Give him at least ten games to see how we fair. But to do that we also have to risk him with the money to buy his own players. Thats a big risk if they don’t trust him.

I think he deserves a chance but then it’s not my money.

Germany, with our players it wasn't a great achievement
Should have been comfortable not the struggle that it was

94 points with 2 games to go - a marathon with peaks and troughs but a struggle?

The irritation is, this is a distraction when there's 2 games left and a trophy still to be won.

Ok auto promotion was always the priority, but the Championship trophy to parade would be great for the fans.

This is huge for me, was beginning to think no one cared.

Stoopo,it's sacking him now, sacking him after 10 makes it incredible difficult for a new manager. You are sitting on the fence.

Agree - if you have the mentality of let’s give him 10 games etc - so you gona give him £120m and get 10 games - then what? You’ve screwed the next man coming in

Has got next to nothing out of Gnonto and Ramazani, both talented, both treated shabbily, not nearly enough minutes.
On the other extreme loves playing Gruev Aaronson and the departed Kamara. I just don't get his management.

IMO either give him the season or don't. Firing a manager just in or midway through a season is asking for trouble. 49er's dropped the ball if this talk is real, we have a trophy to win damnit.

How many right backs has he played at left back the last 2 seasons? I've lost count but it's madness.

posted 6 days, 8 hours ago

What your suggesting is a manager who likely to get 100 points, should really have got 120 points.

Utter madness

How can anyone be so dissatisfied with Farke?

He's on route to gain 100 points. He's earned Leeds promotion, and yet he's getting the stick?

Yes, the football was boring at times, and yes; he stuck with Mes too long. But all in all, he's done a fantastic job.

It’s not u heard of in possession based sides to invert the fullback and have right footed left backs. He ain’t the only guy doing it. It’s often for building possession centrally but it’s also beneficial if you’re playing against an inverted winger who will likely cut inside. Paolo maldini did ok.

We have to find a way of bridging the gap. Last 2 seasons have shown it’s harder than ever before to stay up.

That means assessing management, coaching player recruitment staff etc as early as possible to ascertain what we can do to improve massively. This clubs as it stands will finish at best 18th next season.

If they feel that the manager can be improved on then it needs doing very swiftly so that the new man gets the full summer and close season to work on things.

It wouldn’t surprise me at all if they change. I’ve sat up with the gods all season and we have pointed out so many things that he just does not react to and then we concede 5 minutes later. His stubbornness over Meslier could have cost us promotion and there are rumours he was told by owners to drop him.

I think it would be a very harsh decision but also a very brave one. Whichever way we go we need to sack him or back him / whoever very early.

Do you have an inside track on his shabby treatment of players, or just your opinion as a fan? If Ramazzani is a big time Charlie who doesn’t train properly and doesn’t follow team orders maybe he’s right not to play him. Whether you agree with going public, he likely gave him a dressing down for a reason.

We all have views as fans and often disagree with selections. I’ve moaned about meslier for years and couldn’t understand why Farke didn’t replace him. But just because we don’t see the value in players the manager does, when he does it for a living and trains them every day, it doesn’t make us right, we don't wear his shoes. All entitled to our opinions of course… that’s what’s the site is for.

DF is too big for Leeds

Unfortunately I think getting 100 points or even 120 points in the Championship counts for nothing with regards to surviving in the Premier League as the last 2 seasons of promoted sides coming straight back down has illustrated and I suspect the owners are aware of the odds being stacked heavily now against a promoted side surviving despite Forest Fulham Villa Bournemouth and Brentford bucking that trend previously the gap in the 2 seasons since Forest survived seems to have accelerated and widened alarmingly whatever case you try and build in favour of Farke being given his opportunity to prove otherwise.

Without doubt Farke's previous experience in the Premier league will give the owners cause for alarm and although he wasn't backed in his first attempt with Norwich the 2nd time around. I think he actually was afforded about £80 million to strengthen Norwich and did miserably then also so got sacked after about a dozen games and that was proven to be of no benefit as Norwich still got relegated and have failed to find a way back 3 years later with 3 or 4 new managers since Farke.

So as others have said you either back him and give him the season and if we go down he can try and get us up again which I think Norwich probably wish they'd taken that approach or you make a clean break if the club can find an upgrade which De Zerbi certainly would fit that mould in my opinion and the new coach has his signings and pre season to whip the team into shape while Farke will be in high demand for a top job in the Championship or even with Rangers so he won't be short of offers.

Farke is a top Championship manager. Fact.

But, that's really the end of it.

If the club can land someone who is Prem pedigree,
proven Prem pedigree, in a fcking heartbeat.

Save the sentimentality for birthday cards.
