Don’t know owt about him, but looks a good age and got some decent experience.

I think Sky Italia and a few Italian outlets reported we had agreed a fee of £19.6 million, but Graham Smyth at the YEP said there’s nothing in it, so, not sure if we are in for him or not?

Smyth has said Muniz is our top target. If we can't get him in we will look elsewhere but said theres nothing in this one that hes heard.

Lots of players haven't landed at a bigger club by 25 that go on to have good careers. How old was Virgil van Dijk before he moved to the Premier League? 24 when he moved to Southampton.

Italian papers all being fed rumours about the guy, all of the Leeds press saying there's nothing in it. The club have pretty much said they are not interested in him.

Have any of you watched him on You tube he has pretty no finesse and whilst he can hammer a shot to me he looks slow and cumbersome and may get eaten alive in the premier league.

This is really just his agents trying to drum up interest is what most people are saying, we need better and probably have better at the club already.

Van Djik is a comanding CB though not a striker, plus he was playing for Celtic before Southampton who are a better outfit than the side that finished 17th in Italy last season. Feels like a championship signing to me

said for years transfer fees aren't to a strict formula, or an exact science I get that.. but these fees I'm reading about seem way over the top.

He's a massive talent. I'd take him.

Whoever gets him will probably allow that talent to flourish. He said himself (in a roundabout way) he's
wasting away at Liverpool. Been great for England.

40 million is a lot for a single player given how many positions we need signings in, especially when Elliott is more of a RW, and thats one of the few positions I'm fine with. He could maybe do a job for us at 10.

Think its more likely that Eze leaves Palace and Elliott is signed to replace him, though.

Elliotts stinks of Rowe Smith.

In and out at a topside, playing with great players, which always helps.

Nice and tidy on the ball, but not quick.

Goes to a side where he’s expected to star, doesnt quite look the same.
