Newly promoted sides are treacherous at home early on. Worst time to play Sunderland is now. They ll be softer over Christmas when injuries and a few losses kick in.
Sheff Utd, played 3 lost 3, no shots on target today. Hopeless
Lets all laugh at the Blades.
Still not sure why they got rid of Wilder. They'll probably
call him Monday. And if his head's on right he'll tell them
to fck off.
Are we getting Everton at the exact right time?
Or are they getting us at the exact right time?

At Elland Rd, under the floodlights (not lost a league one in years I don't think) newly promoted. Think its a really hard game for them. We're doing them a favour by only signing tall defensive players mind.

If you think we've made good signings it's a hard game for them, sadly I don't, so I disagree. Think they will be. really be confident.
Good result for us really. Points wise a draw would probably be preferable but 3-0 Sunderland shows us the gap isn’t as big as the 6 previous promoted sides made it look. The gap ain’t that big, they were just useless.
Wolves, West Ham, Brentford are 3 sides that are definitely within reach. There could be a few more too.

yes I agree but I think Everton are a far better side than
those 3 so a draw on Monday night will still be a good
result... important not to lose and get off the mark
straight away with at least a point and from what I saw of Newcastle without Isak a point against them is definitely not out of the question.

It's one thing to believe isn't that big. We now have
to go prove it. Starting Monday. In Stach we trust.
So far Wolves haven't given City a sniff... pretty solid defensively
Has anyone heard the chant for DCL to the Willy Gnonto tune??? I thought it was quite funny.
Calvert Lewin
Calvert Lewin
He shops at Zara
And he wears mascara
And his frock"s effing massive.
City and Haaland make it 1 nil
Macca, for me, Wolves were giving a good account of themselves until two moments of absolute brilliance.
That's the difference in this league: you have to have
players who can unlock teams in an instant. The clubs that don't will be in the relegation fight.
Wonder if after the first weekend our recruitment hierarchy decide one last go at Muniz? If they're
going to d * ck around sitting on a pot of cash,
why not throwing it at Fulham. See if it works.

Fulham want €50m…and I think he’s worth about half that.
Batts I think Fulham have said they won't sell to Leeds for less than £50 million so I'm not going to hold my breath as the owners haven't shown any intention of going above £35 million including add ons but I think they should at least try with £40 million plus add ons.
I think we've already offered them 32 mill plus add ons.
I don't anyone believes Nmecha and DCL make it a full season with their injury records. Unless DCL's given the #9 shirt, we're still in for a striker. If the club love Muniz, and are sat on a pot of cash they want to off load,
offer 40.

Probably so but that's the crazy EPL market value and could be the difference in us staying up or not imo.
Wow Haaland great goal City 3 up... beautiful football
Yeah you're right Macca. Fck it. Throw 50 mill at them.
Muniz looks like one of those difference makers we need. Love to see it. But, it's not my money.
Haaland is crazy. Touches the ball 5 times a game.
And two of those touches end up being goals.
