Pep or Amorim?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Obviously Pep. Although Amorim has had his number the last few head to heads. 1 with Utd and 1 with Sporting.

City are a shadow of the team they were. His team selections are hilarious too.
I think he's finally cracked and lost the plot.

The only thing I would question is that the subs were made so late. They have lost that swagger and having a dip in form that can be expected when you have been at a club for so long, especially given the success they have had. Trying to keep on top, reinventing yourself and keep winning - it's not easy. Many managers don't get the chance to do it, and you can see how tough it is.
SAF was a freak of nature for doing what he did, but he had that dip in mid 2000s when JM came along and Arsenal were strong, but he managed to keep it going

I don’t think City have been as good in the transfer market as of late.

Do I have a point or do I need to take off these rose tinted specs, we all agree we played well against arsenal arguably the better side, the game was decided by Paddy Roache. Fulham we never pushed on , that long ball from the back, striker hammers it against the keeper instead of going either side, that goes in and we win at a canter, Grimesthorpe town, we just thought, turn up get the win and get back on the bus with a nice wrap up of the best cod under your arm. Onana had other ideas. Yesterday we could and should have been out of sight at HT and used 2nd half as a practice match, chopping and changing experimenting. City lose x 2 spurs lose Newcastle not out of the blocks yet but no panic there then, Just keep the faith and never fear, we’ll keep the red flag flying here.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is definitely true.
However Pep's own stubbornness is their real issue. He is persisting with a really average midfielder playing out of position at fullback for some reason. Almost to prove a point that he knows best. Genuinely dont understand it. Nunes would struggle to get in our team ffs. He's garbage.
Mayhe his marital problems and subsequent divorce have played a big part. He definitely doesn't seem himself anymore.
Im fed up of watching Pep ball everwhere too. Its boring and football needs to evolve again now to become fun again.

Pep is a great manager, but he's a manager capable of creating only 1 'great' team at whichever club he joins. Klopp burnt out too, but he knew when to call it a day at said club.
Pep best ever? Having a laugh.
