Leeds have scored 1 goal in 3 games, a penalty.
^^^
If you were a professional DF within a recruitment
team of a Premier League club, what would that
tell you?
Maybe, we need to add creativity in the final third
and a goal scorer or two. If you thought that,
I would say, you Sir or Madam, are a very good DF.
We signed James Justin. Followed by vomiting
all over the office on deadline day. Which tells me
you're either clueless or out-of-your-depth and
should probably find a new line of employment.
As someone else commented the owners are probably saving money to eventually sack Farke which they have a brass nerve now considering the tools they've provided him with....can only see 1 point from our next 4 games and then maybe 4 from the next 3 so 9 points from 10 games maximum then Forest Villa and City 1 point maximum giving us 10 points from 13 games approaching December and that could be time up for DF and God knows who the owners think can keep us up.
Macca, I can see us going on a mad one tomorrow
chasing a bunch a frees in the hope the fans are
calmed down. Fat fcking chance.
Will someone please explain to me why having had a summer intake of 10 newbies, It feels like a January window of a few seasons back - I just can't understand why, irrational or maybe not?
Promoted since 21st April and scrambling around minutes before deadline. Raging with the 49s. They have demolished the feel good factor and goodwill generated
Is it time for the contract king to go?
All we ever hear is baloney and false promises from this man.
Why have they invested in Rangers?
I really don’t think this has helped our close season
Firpo (well his wife) wanted a return to Spain. That was well known.
Was never going to stay.

The dumbest, biggest head shaker today was hearing
that at the death, LUFC went to Fulham asking for a
loan for Wilson. A guy in his final year. Clueless.
To be honest having seen Diarra's performance for Senegal against England and then him going to Wearside rang the alarm bells for me.
I hope they don’t go after someone like Dele Ali, that would be even more of a disaster

Rob, my opinion but I'd say yes.
They landed Diarra when we wanted him. That got
my attention. Love this lad. Then Sadiki. We wanted
him. They added Adingra. Alderete is silky for a defender. He's looked impressive. Best of all was
them landing Xhaka. That showed real intent.
Don't get me wrong, I love Stach.
But for me, Sunderland have added more quality
to our quantity. They spent the early window
going after and getting difference makers.
We went after Bijol - he can't get a game due to
Pascal being excellent. Bornauw - I mean WTF?
Longstaff - okay, he played well against his old
club but still. Oh, and we added a bunch of dice
roll injury risks in the hope that IF United can
get lucky.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You'd have thought Longstaff putting in a MotM performance against a CL side the same week you spent raging about how bad a signing he was might have taught you a shred of humility in how quickly you write off players, or cast judgements on players you will have never seen play football.
You love Diarra? Based off what? How much of Strasbourg did you watch last season? Or is it the three games Sunderland have played against likely bottom 7 opposition? One of which they lost, let it be said.
Their approach may end up being vindicated, but they have had to spend like the clappers because they had so few players ready for this division last season. And signing left, right, and centre is not always the best approach. See Ipswich last season. People raving over their business this time, all the best of the championship, massive amounts spent to give it a real go. Ended up with no consistency and no fluidity.
I'm frustrated by the lack of a RW/10, but that doesn't change that the rest of the business has been good. We will need some luck to stay up this season, but that was always likely. Time to get behind the players we do have and roar them on to survival. Play with the strength and solidity we have against Everton and Newcastle and I'm confident we will be hard to beat, at home at least.
I liked ramazzani and wouldn’t mind him on the bench if we were chasing a game… but the issues with him were obvious. I’ll never rag a manager for clamping down on lack of professionalism though. Farke’s job last year was to get us promoted not to give people game time. He didn’t trust largie to do his job in the champ so he was never going to trust him a level up where we’re scrapping for every point and discipline is critical. He’s going to be one of those players who gets ‘better’ with absence in the fans eyes, the worse we do.
Hope he smashes it in Valencia and adds some £ to his value. Maybe he can comeback and help out in the champ next year.
Paggy is a right snake oil c@nty b@stard
