so you seriously think that we should give respect to a little club with a rich owner, who has blown what is it now, threquarters of a billion? a little club with a rich owner who managed to spend 107% of the club's total anual turnover on player wages alone last season?

you seriously think a club like that deserves respect? really?

go back a few years and city fans were just as vociferous as anyone else in their disdain for chelsea doing the same thing, but now we should respect you for it?.

well, i can't speak for anyone else, but for me it's a simple case of hating everything your club now stands for.

your club is the epitomy of the 'i want everything now ' modern culture, not wanting to work hard to develop, simply wanting everything handed to them on a plate, bringing in mercenary after mercenary that would never even look at a little club like city if not for the fact they're offering to treble their wages.

The fact that uefa are having to bring in rules to stop clubs behaving exactly as city have in order to stop the meltdown of european football should tell you that there is nothing remotely worthy of respect in your club.
