I'm gonna wait until I see the evidence.
I vote A.
The FA have made a decision, and will not withdraw it. We can hope but that's all it is - hope rather than expectation.
My gut is saying C to be honest .
What about a star rating vote?
A followed by E within a year, imo.
I best post my thoughts:
Going with "B" based on the FA being total ameuters as their past tenure has proved.
D.
It's hard to win if you appeal, he's only 23, long career ahead at Anfield to look forward to.
I don't know why I am showing sympathy on this fellow....may be he's a good player. And most of the football players are not ideal people, are they?
A
and LFC will take FA to REAL court...
To be honest judging by the club statement it won't really help his appeal will it?
it depends whether the appeal goes before another fa 'jury' or before those able to act rationally without feeling the requirement to be seen by people/media as doing right thing and who aren't afraid to look at things rationally, appreciative of global cultures and aren't afraid of criticism for coming to a decision that goes against the PC requirements of the so-called political elite.
He will be put before alex ferguson who will decide the punishment. My liverpool supporting friend told me this

Exactly! we had two football men on that board who will want to be seen to acting against racism...regardless of the lack of evidence.
They are not trained to decide on legal issues and as such, the club will no doubt push for formal legal proceedings and get this looked at properly
To be fair, fergie and Kenny get on ok they have a mutual respect for each other and Fergie actually wrote the forward for Kennys auto a few yrs back.
What will his grounds be? He has admitted to using negrito. Which means little black man.
Are you telling me that he was being endearing towards Evra? He didn't look very endearing did he?
He doesn't have any grounds for appeal.
i was only joking anyway. Just going off an earlier article on here
This poll don't make scene, how can you vote on options of an appeal before it has taken place!
