Yes, which makes me think they shouldn't goto the FA. After this trial, they have proved they can't run a proper trial and can find somebody guilty because they probably did it. So this would be a big risk. The club should bring it to a real court.
===========================
But there lies the problem, Liverpool have to either appeal or take it to court, or issue a very clever PR statement otherwise everyone is going to say, now Liverpool have read the report and taking no further action it will look as if they backing for Suarez has stopped, don't you think?

It doesn't matter whether Suarez heard it or not, he has admitted to saying it. Would you say it is acceptable to call a deaf person names because they can't hear it? You are behaving with complete bias here.

Ok i will try and take this very sloooooooooow for you.

Your comment below.
If its true and Evre started this with a remark to Suarez about his sister then he can hardly blame Suarez for how he reacted.
Open season as far as I am concerned or do you think 1 derogatory remark is ok while the response to it is not?
========================
To which I have replied how can Suarez be offended (are you ready for this) HE NEVER HEARD IT, so how can you use that for an excuse, and it makes your comment pointless, sorry

I'm not saying That at all, but 3/9BigrespectSirBob did say that Suarez retaliated to Evra's comment how can retaliate to something you cannot hear

------------------------------------------
But Suarez did retaliate to something Evra said, otherwise this all wouldn't have happened. Regardless of what it was and what Suarez did or didn't hear, it happened, as you can see by the replays. What was said, we don't know but obviously something was. The FA deemed Suarez probably used racist language.

Oh I'm not bias as I maintained a innocent until proven guilty when it first started, after the hearing I have said Suarez was guilty of ignorance and nothing more, but I'm still willing to debate, I can tell you have a very strong passion for this and I respect that, and even today I have at no point called Suarez a racist.

Right time to clock off and go home, keep up the fight mate

Red666,
You and Evre want to get your story straight pal.
1st he did,then he didnt,then he did .
And you have still failed to answer my origonal question.
Is one derogotary remark ok,while the response is not.
Now a simple answer will suffice I dont need to hear another politicians answer from you when you evade the issue and start up a whole new agenda.
A simple yes or no will suffice.

>>not sure Suarez would agree with that.

err, he's mixed race. Black and Hispanic.

He's aware of it as well. It was difficult to not notice at family parties.

posted on 2/1/12

Not sure where you are going with this, but Suarez is definitely hispanic. He was born in the north west of Uruguay in very demographically hispanic city.

Very hispanic & I can honestly say he looks a typical South American from the bottom half of that Continent.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm..........................................
not sure Suarez would agree with that.

I don't give a stuff who agrees with what. It's a fact no matter who agrees.

I'm not even gonna continue this, you talk absolute kack. What's the point? I'm out. At least while Red was a little biased, no more than I am, he could put a good point across. You just project kack.

posted on 2/1/12

Greavesy, this is very racist of you to deny his blackness just because he's not dark enough for your standards.

You disgust me.

Geniusgreaves,
You say in a previous post that this was a trial. Now correct me if Im wrong, but isnt a trial what is going to happen with JT.I thought Suarez attended a hearing with an independant panel??

Ok I was at work earlier and if you noticed my comment to There'sOnlyOneReds I clocked out at 1, I dont spend all my time glued to a computer as I do have a life

Anyway to your points,
I have not at any point changed my arguement

I have a great intrest in the issues, thats why I respect people like
There'sOnlyOneReds who will debate and give good clear points, but people like yourself who hide behind a question, when clearly I was giving an answer in the way of, Suarez never heard the comment about his sister so how could he be offended?

And if you feel I was only doing it for a pop at LFC, your wrong, bitter and deluded.

But if it makes you feel better here goes

If Suarez HEARD him say something derogotary then he is entitled to give him something back, but dont forget Evra told the FA he said something and at the same hearing when Suarez was asked about it he said I never heard him.

Now if you cannot understand that please ask an adult to explain it to you,

Red666,
1st of all, dont shout, nothing wrong with my hearing or my eyes.
If I read all your dribble, then I would be at a computer for the rest of my life, and you still refuse to give a straghtforward yes or no.
If you cant answer a simple question then as far as I am concerned, you are here to wind up and have another pop.
If that is the case then jog off back to your own board.
If however you want a debate then answer the question, but dont cry if my views differ from yours.

Please, thats a very childish comment.

If Suarez HEARD him say something derogotary then he is entitled to give him something back.

Does that not answer your question?

Now please give me something more than it was a t!t for tat name calling.

How warped are you? How can I be racist by pointing out the natural colour of Suarez, which however you look at him is not black. We are all shades of colour, Suarez is not black and I see you stated that members of his family are black.

My favourite current player is Ledley King, who is of course of a dark complexion.

I think you should take a long hard look at yourself before you accuse people of being racist.

You are also treading on very dangerous ground, to call someone a racist is defamatory.

Because someone challenges your viewpoint is not racist, it is called debate, look it up in the dictionary.

I would also like to point out that my partner and I sponsor several children in Ghana, so I think your racist comment is not only stupid it was totally uncalled for.
