In my opinion Song's better going forward but if you want your holding player to sit, break up play, not give the ball away and move the ball quickly it would have to be Lucas for me.

Lucas is a far better player than Song.
Problem with arsenal fans is, as soon as anyone puts an arsenal shirt on, string a couple of passes together, they miraculously become world class.
Ive heard them say the same about other players when they first play for arsenal, and the same fans are lambasting these players for not being good enough within a couple of months.
Lucas quietly plays a significant role for his club team, and the Brazilian national team, where 9 times out of 10, hes the best player on the pitch.
They call Liverpool fans delusional based on the pretence that Liverpool fans are forever claiming next year is our year etc, when the reality is, that they can never back this nonsense up, with any article, or comment posted on this forum.
I think youd have to go a long way to meet more delusional, or short sighted fans, that the arsenal fans who trawl this forum trying to pathetically wum anyone who they fell threatened by, after they have been beaten.
So on reflection, leave them to it, as youd get more sense talking to the wall, than you would get from many of the arsenal fans on this forum.

People just think Lucas is good, but he is just average. The only reason Liverpool fans rate him now is because he was terrible for his first couple of season so looks good compared to that era.

Exactly. It's so tiresome reading all this garbage on here sometimes, people not actually forming an opinion from watcing the game.
I don't really see much Liverpool, but I do see a lot of Arsenal - Song is a great footballer, has been for some time now. He is always overlooked by people who don't actually watch the matches because he doesn't do much in the way of flashy stuff. He does his job very well.
Lucas has a cool name - that's pretty much all I know about him. He's probably in a similar position. I do know everyone took the pee out of his arrival and his first couple of seasons at Liverpool - but then may well have been unfair for all I know.
