3-1 to City....Silva, Aguero, Dzeko....

Mind you could be 0-0, the only goal scorer over the last2 years will be missing!!

Pressure's on Spurs. We're at the weakest we've been all season, not playing particularly well, and it's a small window of opportunity for Spurs; they need to take advantage now. Plus, if we lose we'll still be top. If Spurs lose, they'll be 8 points behind us.

But then, 8 points is nothing, really. It can be quickly overturned. Earlier in the season we got a 7 point swing over Utd in only four games (from two points behind to five ahead).

Pressure's on Spurs

-------

umm no its clearly not.

you beat us 1-5 at our place and are now at home. you are everyones favourites to win the league. no pundit even had us top 4 before the season started

so we have no pressure whatsoever

From my point of view this is just another game for City. A win would be very nice but it wont mean we're Champions. Equally, defeat wont be a disaster. A set back maybe.
Think the game means more for Spurs tbh.

This next 6 games we have will show us exactly what the team are all about. Like 2 seasons ago when we had ManU, Chelsea and Arsenal, with some tricky cup games thrown in and we came through with 10 points from 4 really tough games.. Thats what Spurs can do on the day. Lets hope Sunday is the Start of some immense goal scoring from JD.. COYS... PS.. i love you!!

On my personal grading system, this fixture is now on a par with Chelsea and Arsenal.

City are the one going for the title, Spurs are supposed to be only going for top four at best.

Nonsense, and you know it. Spurs are in with a shout for the title (at least, their players seem to think so). You're the fourth highest spenders in Premier League history, having spent high consitently for the last ten years (all our spending has come in the last 3 years, and later in EPL's history at a time when transfer values have inflated massively). It's about time you won something other than the league cup.

If City win then we're 8 points ahead of Spurs. If Spurs win, City will still be top. Therefore, Spurs need to win, and City don't.

"Think the game means more for Spurs tbh"

Not really.
Tis only the first significant measure of Spurs since August and without Adebayor. Any points taken are a bonus.
