Glad Kenny had a pop at Fergie's boyfriend Geoff Shreeves though.
You have to put yourself in Suarez' shoes. Could Suarez have agreed to shake hands with Evra but after seeing Evra's face, simply not been able to follow through with it, whilst believing Evra got him banned for eight games? I think this is quite plausible.
----------------------------------------
I think it's a figment of your imagination, he never even looked at him.
Irrespective of what you've decided was going on in his head, he made a committment & he broke it, your desperation to find an angle to defend the man's every move is becoming quite disturbing.
Toblerone Boots
What relevance has that got to this discussion?
& you've got no moral high gorund on that one btw.

I'm not taking the moral high gorund, as Utd have had their problems with players over the years and i understand that and I have believed this affair from day 1 has pathetic.
and your the one trying to take the moral high gorund.
Suarez might need a Hannibal mask for his interview
Isn't there a danger that by holding on to Suarez that LFC become a sideshow for Luis? The great teams we had in the past have never contained a player who was continually causing problems for the club.

Well I see your point but I also try to think how Suarez might have felt, having agreed to shake the hand of Evra and finally got to the point of doing it but just couldn't follow through with faking the handshake, his honour kicked in.

That actually made me burst out laughing

Which problems has he continually caused the club though? Is kicking a ball at the dugout once a continued problem? Or sticking a finger up at fans enough to kick him out? If the club believe Suarez in the Evra incident, then surely this is not enough to kick him out?
If you go by what the media have been saying then he should be hung, drawn and quartered, never mind kicked out. However if you think about what he has actually done wrong, then I don't know what these continued problems are.
So I'll ask again. What has he done which warrants him being kicked out?

Really? So what was the reason then? Did he just intentionally tell the club he would shake Evra's hand then just decided, you know what, I'm just not going to do it, for fun?
Tell me, in your opinion, why didn't Suarez shake his hand?
In your opinion, why did Evra, having said he was racially abused, attempt to shake the hand of the player who he said racially abused him, only two months previous after a bitter hearing a month's previous?
Suarez isn't even our best player, I really have started to doubt how good he actually is

9 matches missed through discip problems, dragging your clubs name through the mud with the racial abuse saga, then when it's about to be buried, re-igniting the flames with his refusal to shake the hand of his victim.
Chuck in a 1 fingered salute at Fulham, mid way through the saga, diving to get another player sent off in the derby, & gaining a reputation before all even started of this as a snide cheat, who's partial to the odd bite of an opponent......

Yes, he made Kenny look stupid. I explained there could be a good reason for that. Even if there wasn't and he just changed his mind, I don't think that is enough to kick him out.
You still haven't answered my questions.
no, we had this conversation last time as well TOOR is it worth me changing my username as have i inadvertently chosen the same name as a wum? In any case, in my humble opinion Lucas is our best player, by what i would say is a fairly clear margin. I know many won't agree but i just think he is our player who plays at the highest level consistently.
You all blame Suarez for making Kenny look stupid but Kenny still could have handled himself a bit better in that interview

Ah ok then. I think your name rings a bell with a known WUM on the BBC 606, maybe that's where I got it from. Anyhow, Lucas a better player than Suarez? Well I'll say you're entitled to your opinion and no more.
Suarez has scored 6 league goals this season & 4 last..........hardly Messi is he?

He didn't shake his hand because he's an odious character who believes he can do whatever he likes, including making a mockery of a footballing giant that is Liverpool FC
SAF stated why Evra shook his hand. He wanted to keep his dignity having done nothing wrong
What does Suarez have to do to finally get you to realise what a prize prat he really is?
