Hello Everyone
Just checked the sports news and it looks like if Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal are trying to get there transfer targets in as quick as possible. But us guys seem to be stuck in the same place.
Any new news on when our new manager will be announced or the latest on any players we are after?
Rumour that it's been accepted are going around on Twitter, rumour of the bid is in the papers.
Gazetto Dello Sport in Italy are reporting the bid.
I do feel that Hiddink not officially being appointed yet could cause us to fall behind in the race.
I'm not as keen on Sneijder as you guys are. The guy seems to be struggling for fitness and has had a poor season. He also gets unsettled easily, this is his second big team he's not doing well at. I don't even think a new midfielder should be highest on our list but if we had to go for someone at that price I'd much prefer Pastore, not someone who would impress in his first season and then leave/not impress the next like Wesley
Not done well at Inter? He was incredible when they won the treble but that could have been the Mourinho effect which he seems to have on players.
As in this season, he's been quite average. Don't get me wrong, I know he's talented but I don't think it would be as great a transfer as some of you guys are saying

Mourinho left that's why they struggled.
Been told by a journalist in Belgium that the deal for Lukaku and De Bruyne is on, but it's the same as last time, the Lukaku deal hinges more on De Bruyne.
We loan them De Bruyne for 12 months.
In his first season he was good, but in his second season while he had good moments he wasn't as good as his first. And I think if he had performed as good as he did the season before he would have been kept because of course when he actually is at his best he's good enough for any side, but we just don't see enough consistently each season really.
It's quite a defeatist attitude considering they just won it last season but that could be one of his motives. However, surely Inter would try harder to keep him when they know what he's capable of. They're a rich club.

Plenty there about Lukaku and De Bruyne.
BK - Inter are working with more of a budget this summer. They've got money to spend obviously, but they also have to sell to buy if they want to go over there.
There financial report from about 1-2 years ago showed they were about 240M in the red from transfers, and loseing out to A.C and loseing the CL title has left them in further trouble.
There not in "serious" trouble as such, but they can't go out and splash as much as they want to.

A midfield of:
--------- Essien ---------
Sneijder ----- Lampard
Would look awesome, with Ramieres and Mikel rotating
I see we're still in the same boat we ended the season in. Albeit lighter a youth player. Can't be a good sign can it?
Don't think any tranfer is going to happen before we get our manager in. Anyone got any idea when we will announce our manager? Its gone very quite.

Right then, I'll just continue ...
Does it really matter that we don't have a manager? We consistently show they have no power aside from...in-game tactics?
We should just go about the transfers.
Probably, not many players would sign for a club with no manager there. Even if they were told who the manager was going to be, most players prefer him there already.
Also probably looks better so it looks like it's the manager signing them.
Last I was here Lukaku, Neymar, Van der Wiel and Villa Boas all seemed to be done deals.
I just don't see much promise tbh. The rumours all seem to explode in our face.
I think Lukaku so far is the only thing that looks certain. Maybe Sneijder and De Bruyne.
There's no gaurantee that we will get Hiddink yet. We were supposedly 24 hours away from Redknapp being manager and it didn't happen.
If though it is Hiddink, i think he'll be confirmed sometime next week, along with Lukaku and De Bruyne, hopefully Sneijder.
