Haaland is also meant to be a poor presser.

If he can shoot straight & get on the end of crosses it won't matter

Werner can do his pressing, & then lay it off...if he can learn to look at the ball on impact
Be interesting to see where Ziyech features this coming season...I like him, but fear he's not quite cut out for the Prem

Good video analysing Haaland's strengths and weaknesses.
One thing that does seem to be overlooked with Haaland is that while he's clearly such an excellent talent he's not yet the 'all round' striker some assume he is.
A couple days ago BlueJ2 and TJ commented on here that Lukaku's 'technical deficiencies' would be why they prefer Haaland..despite Lukaku being the fulcrum that Inter play through, dominating chances created, assists, striking up an excellent partnership with Lautaro. Haaland meanwhile is barely involved in open play and not high up on progressions and is weak aerially. Lukaku is probably currently one of the best players around if you want someone to combine goalscoring with linking play up.
I'm definitely for Haaland, a generational talent. But I also think he's still not quite the perfect striker for this set up, said before ideally we need the all round striker like Benz, Lukaku, Lewa, Kane. So basically I just think if he comes we will have to change the set up to get the best out of him. Also all the stuff he's not good at is stuff most strikers aren't at 20, he'll defo grow into it

Not going near these videos after Havettz and Werner.
Time to ruin another striker

Hope all three stay and would be raging if any of them are sold. One season not enough to write them off.
Blarmy’s daddy is now also reporting our Haaland interest.
They can talk all they want it isn't fecking happening lol
Yeah all three have to stay. Ziyech could be lethal next season.

Don’t think it particularly matters. This season is enough pr for our academy team with James and mount
I think it's entirely possible we sign Haaland this window. Not saying we will but money talks and if we flash enough cash then Dortmund are going to get to a point where they'll fold knowing that they have to sell him for £75 million next summer.
Why keep him for another year if they can double that money this summer.

As long as Raiola's his agent you don't need too
Nick, we didn't beat City by 2 goals in the final.
