But agree with NPE, if Enzo M is gonna be constantly overloading centre midfield there might be someone not impressed with sitting on the bench so much
Neto got a bad injury record so you never know with him.
Jackson, Delap and Pedro love a suspension or two.
Simons, Gittens and Estevao new to the league so it'd be nice to ease them in by having the options
We can ease both Simons and Gittens in
One of them will have to be the primary left wing starter
I doubt we have sold Simons on anything less than a starter spot somewhere, whether its at 10 or on the left - presumably left

Cant disagree with that either. What I am really interested to see is if Enzo can get the players coming on seamlessly. Felt we have had a problem recently where once we bring subs on we lose team coherency primarily up top.
Just super stoked to be starting the season with at least 2 recognised strikers!
Apparently if you aren’t in the starting line up you train separately from the main guys before matches
It’s how he does prep I guess
Chelsea don't want to pay more than £30m for Alejandro Garnacho.
@MiguelDelaney
€43m fee for Hato plus a sell-on clause.
Didn't know Cucurella played 70 games last season.
He's become such a great signing. I’ll always admit to thinking we should sell him after his first season. But this guy has made me do a 180 just like Cesc did. Crazy impressive from him.

Can't lie, think I was a little more lenient than some, but 100% would not have shed a tear if we sold him.....and honest I had Enzo the same. But Cucu I would say was our 2nd most consistent player, and probably 3rd most important last season, top season for him.
Is Hato as good as he is on FIFA / footy manager?
Captained Ajax at very young age too? (17/18)
Chelsea are preparing an offer to Club Brugge for Ardon Jashari.

Midfielder. Move to AC Milan has collapsed apparently
Finance expert Stefan Borson on Mudryk's case:
🗣 "It’s slightly different to the Mutu case because that was cocaine. From what we can gather, this is a performance enhancer. I think it is possible they could sue. It’s probably unlikely, but it is possible.
Remember, there’s a lot of money at stake here. If he is banned for most of his career, Chelsea’s losses are absolutely enormous on the deal."

As I've grown older I've found my baseline with any player is two seasons if they give a sh!t. After that I start weighing up good spells & bad.
Knowing what I'm like & how I've felt about other players (e.g. Pulisic & Kovacic in particuplar), last year has bought him two seasons of average with me

No space in the team for him. We have 5 midfielders.
Simons should hopefully be our last signing. Unless Badiashile leaves and we can replace him hopefully that’s it for us in the transfer market.
Need to get rid of a few now. Maybe lower the asking prices. Feels like too many of our players have been priced out of a move.
Assume it would be a strasbourg signing rather than a Chelsea one.

That would be a very expensive signing. €40m.

"Competition? I don't have a competitor. We are all here to help the club. Everyone has their role to play. I'm on a mission. It's up to the coach to make his choices. I only focus on my work."

I'm the first to criticize Jackson, but I actually like what he says here. He doesn't have a "competitor" at Chelsea - they are all teammates. If he works hard (and stops acting like a jackass) he actually might be a great player to keep.
