Chelsea set to confirm the signings of Lukaku and De Bruyne with in the next month.
Lukaku for 22 Million,and De Bruyne for 12M. Loaning De Bruyne back to Anderlecht for 1 season.
Also linked with a 9M move for Diego.

I think we would probably be taking a gamble that he would return to the form he did at Werder Bremen, where he was argueably one of the best midfielders around at the time.
I still think he has time to do that at the age of 26. He's shown poor attitude at times at Wolfsburg, just don't think he's been happy since leaving Werder.
Its extremely difficult to plan our strategies and formations for the future when going off of a manager we MIGHT get. I love this to death though. I never tired talking of all things Chelsea related.
When I get tickets for a match ill be letting you guys know. Have to get together for a pint.
Ill play the part of a visiting yank.
So did we get rid of Carlo without a manager in line to replace him?
