The incident will be in the referees report. The FA stopped any action once the case went to the CPS. They can now act on the verbal abuse (from both players) from the refs report. They can disregard the 'race' element if they feel that todays outcome warrants that - but they have to act as there was a breaking of FA rules which a civil court case does not wipe out!
But Johnsons, the FA have also said they have taken note of the verdict and may conduct their own investigation or may decide to 'draw a line under it'.
Don't be surprised if they choose the latter; then if they do Suarez and LFC SHOULD sue!
Which is why Suarez refused to shake Evra's hand, could you understand that?
..........................................
Suarez refused to shake his hand because he is a dispicable piece of work.
At 25 years old this is his resume:
Spitting at another player
Biting another player
Making racist comments
cheating
diving
Giving the finger to Fulham fans
I have probably forgot some of it. Batmanu did an excellent article on all his misdemeanors.
You would really have to be a cretin of the highest order to think Suarez was being conciliatory and friendly, which was the Liverpool defence of him.

'I think if I was accused of racially abusing someone and I knew I was innocent then I too would probably swear and feel agitated.
Do you understand human nature?'
Uh-hu.
Which is why Suarez refused to shake Evra's hand, could you understand that?
I would've wrung his bloody neck!
-------------------------------------------
I understand, imagine being a black man being called 'negro' a number of times and taking offence by it.No wonder Suarez was a bit peeved that he'd been pulled up over it.
I'm surprised Suarez didn't spit in Evra's face when being asked to shake hands with such a vile human being.
Suarez also showed class by telling his manager he'd shake hands with Evra when he had no intention to.That one act of petulance alone cost Dalglish his job
No.
For Terry plays for England and Suarez doesn't.
Amen.

OK. Rio played for England and got an 8 month ban for missing a drugs test.
Adrian Mutu dosent play for England and got a 7 month ban for taking drugs.
So no, the whole "its because he plays for England" argument dosent really hold water.
there was a breaking of FA rules which a civil court case does not wipe out!

it was a criminal case.

Exactly!!
Suarez refused to shake his hand because he's a despicable piece of work!?
There's something each and every one of us has conveniently forgotten.
1. Suarez isn't white, either.
2. Suarez wasn't given the privilege of a high profile public trial
3. Rio Ferdinand was still keen to play ball with Terry for England, for all that HE refused to shake hands with Suarez as well.
Don't give me any of your claptrap. Suarez was an idiot, but part of his problem was ignorance and ineducation. Terry was the bloody England captain and should've known better.

Hard to argue with his resume.
well said wishi. I personally hope that the Suarez/Evra debacle vanishes in the seas of time, but I suspect there will be too many wanting to keep it alive for the wrong reasons. JimmyTheRed
Don't give me any of your claptrap. Suarez was an idiot, but part of his problem was ignorance and ineducation.

You do know that Suarez has played in Europe for some time.
Uneducated, yes, ignorant of what is not deemed appropriate, not a chance.

Yes he should, but like Suarez he is also a dispicable person.

Your beef should be with the spanner who likes to call himself 'The Great Metropolis'.

All the man u supporters coming on here giving it all that.
Admirable that you stand by your own.
Liar that he is.
Ferguson as a 'witness' when he wasn't even there.
Stitch up, the whole thing.
Vidichin, I take issue with no-one. If they want to say something which I disagree, fine, thats their opinion. They will never stop me supporting my club. JimmyTheRed
Rio Ferdinand was still keen to play ball with Terry for England, for all that HE refused to shake hands with Suarez as well.
He refused to shake hands with Suarez AFTER Suarez had refused to shake hands with the man he racially abused earlier on in the season.Rio chose to solidarity towards his fellow black team mate.
I don't think he had enough time to get a dozen t shirts made with evra's face on to show his and his teams backing of Evra.
Some clubs and players act with dignity, others show their true colours
Stitch up, the whole thing.

Does that tin foil hat you wear make you even more dimwitted?
Suarez was innocent, Terry wasn't
Suarez got banned because he's a johnny foreigner and a convenient scapegoat for other agendas, Terry won't get banned because he's ingerlish and a national treasure.
Doesn't matter anyway. Suarez's undeserved ban is already come and gone and Terry is more of a liability for Chelsea on the pitch than off.
Vidichin, I take issue with no-one.

Harsh, yes, undeserved no. Maybe he shouldn't go around using a players skin colour to get at him.
Again this has already been covered above with facts from the FA report.

Yes i did, but not for the wrong reasons. Jimmythered loves the club, as do I. I'm sure we disagree about many things but i'm as passionate about my club as anyone.
We all knew that Terry was gonna be let off. We knew as soon as they conveniently had the trial dated after the european championships.
And as for 'The Great Metropolis' title - it wasn't self proclaimed. I was actually called it once for putting people in their place as I have done many times with you.
I don't want to get into the rights and wrongs of each case but what a chasm exists between a judge and jury judgemenr and an FA arranged Kangaroo court.
We need consistency in cases like this. I hope that if we get any more incidents like this it will be referred to British justice, where a player is able to defend himself in a court of law.
I was actually called it once for putting people in their place as I have done many times with you.

I have never seen you put anyone in his place. Let alone me.
But I take you at face value when you say you are passionate about your club.
I wouldnt waste my time arguing the toss with the majority of people on this forum regarding the comparable merits of both cases, due to the fact, that most of the wums, could care less about racism, and are more interested in trying to land blows on opposition fans, of clubs they dont like, but would simply stand back with a rye smile, and a shake of the head at the duplicitous, and downright contradictory nature of fans, ex players and the media in this country, and to the top of that pile, I would place the pathetic, spineless, organisation that is the FA.
Of course, the FA could prove me wrong, and grasp the nettle of an issue they were so eager to persue when it came to Suarez, but somehow, I doubt they will, and will use this quite ridiculous outcome at court today, as a convenient carpet, under which they can sweep this current version, of what they might tell us, is a perfect example, of all that is wrong in society today, as it doesn't quite suit them as much as the previous version did.
Evra lied - FACT admitted in the report
Ferdinand didn't - FACT admitted in court
