Is it a 3 o'clock kick off?

"If truth be told, Crewe are an excellent side. There's no doubt about that. They're far better than their division 3 status suggests and we will have to be at our very best to get anything from this game.
But it's all about fitness at the end of the day and I'm looking for good performances when the players cross that white line, but a result would be tremendous for the lads..
We've played a lot of games recently and one or two players are tired or have taken knocks, but that's no excuse and every player has to be at their very best today."
"We had a 10 minute training session this week on how to defend, so I'm expecting big improvements in that department"
"Our supporters have been magnificent so far in our pre-season games and they have been a massive boost for us"
Owen Coyle.
Bricks, the sad thing is, you actually think you're amusing.
Lighten up and don't be such an anorak largehat
Welcome to my world. Five minute car journey for me. Mrs dropping us off at two while she goes to the gym. Job done.
If you're coming, pop into Dishers for a pre-match tipple. Looks like at absolute shxthole from the outside but decent atmosphere inside. Bar area at one end, pool room at the other.
Ngog hatrick
COYWM!!!
nice straightforward train journey, nice chippy near ground.train 1.13 from bolton, 1.55 train from piccadilly arrives crewe 2.27.
LH are you doing a match thread. Good luck to this of you committed enough to go.
Bricks will you find Owen Coyle match report and compare it to yours please?
I will do a match thread, or you could just rename this 'Crewe v Wanderers match thread' and edit the article to put the teams in if you like. Watching the Olympic road race, not at the game today.
Have you heard rumour of cm punk leading nwo revolution?
How much are tickets? Might be worth a little day out
Or the interview could go like this :
I thought we defended very well today and am pleased with our 8-man defence. Its a shame we didn't get into their half though. But people who know football tell me i'm good and not conceding is the most important thing. All the fans who disagree are pathetic and should stick to gardening!!
Happy memories
Oh...and Crewe ARE a decent side. Watched a few games last season and had a cracking day at Wembley. Watch out for the Murphy lad in the middle. Destined for much bigger things (no disrespect to Crewe). Very composed and great vision. They might struggle without Powell, but we've no strikers either.
Not megson CEF it's like saying its ok to be relegated and awful as long as our feelings aren't hurt.
Did I dislike being called pathetic or the awful performances last season?
Petrov . I must have missed all those great performances under the gardener!
I am in the mood for a good debate later. Particularly looking forward to the contribution of three posters and the comment that I just know is coming. See ya on here after the match!
Bayern Munich was a great performance but there were some not whereas I am not sure when we had any great performances under coyle. Newcastle at the bok maybe
I think the last time we actually saw the "Real Wanderers" was when we beat Manyoo 1-0 at the Reebok.
We've gone all powder puff since then.
BWFC: Bogdan, Mears, Knight, Ricketts, Alonso, Chung-Yong, Andrews, M Davies, Petrov, Pratley, K Davies
BWFC Subs: Lonergan, Wylde, Riley, Vela, O'Halloran, Eaves, Blakeman, McQuade
Looks like Ricketts at centre back, still no Ngog. Eagles and Mills not risked.
Davies and eaves are our only strikers? And we wonder why we cant score?
Bricks, Megson used to big up the opposition before every game but you never complained then
1-0 Alex.
Not great defending.
Knight hobbles off. Riley on.
