As I put earlier frank could just be looking at the squad and seeing what he wants.
Maybe he doesn’t want a 6 as he likes who we have etc etc
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well maybe but then with all the rumours around Wharton it suggests we're looking at that area. It might reach a point where we can't manage to bring others in and therefore Frank is resigned to being ok with what we have? A situation I'm sure previous managers have been put in plenty of times before at Spurs.
It's all a bit deflating at the moment for me knowing we should have had MGW over the line by now and that would have not just given us an excellent window so far, but the time to concentrate on other business. I'm certain we will want to do other business.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There’s been no concrete rumours on Wharton tbf
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Even if there weren't, I would be surprised if we/Frank didn't want to strengthen here going into a CL season.

This window is rapidly turning into the usual Levy damp squib, and the lack of activity is vintage Levy.
We still need at least a quality CF, a DM, a left sided defender and probably a GK (on top of Gibbs-White if he ends up joining). Several deadwood players also need to leave.
Frank shouldn`t need pre season to learn that, we can tell him all that for free.
Rumours about investment coming into the club, don`t make me laugh, it`s same old Levy and a same old transfer window.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
As much as it's custom to blame Levy for everything, it's hardly all his fault that the MGW deal hasn't come off yet. This appears to be the spanner in the works staggering our progress.
And yeah I don't think we need a keeper. It's the lowest priority position on the pitch for me.

We’ll possibly sign a CM, versatile forward and full back
Haven't we got enough versatile forwards?

Don't agree that Keeper should be lowest priority, look at the number of stupid goals we conceded last season, and yes a lot were the keepers fault
We’ve already invested in 2 keepers
Need to sell one of them and that’s not happening

A lot of the shiiit show of last season can be attributed to the Ange factor.
I believe with Vic and Kinsky we have 2 solid enough keepers who we have spent money on in the last couple of seasons. At least give them the benefit of the doubt and see what they do under Frank and then judge.
Yeah keepers are solid enough init. I'd take Allison and Ederson but Raya's barely better than Vicario and the rest aren't

Yea and now we are down to 4 instead of 5
Billy is right about what we still need in order to compete on all fronts.
Well we aren’t getting all that this summer especially with the likes of Richy not wanting to leave
Are you implying Frank needs more windows? 💀
its ultimately a struggle with being poor overall in transfer markets, overly stocked on players who havent improved the team then cant shift them

If mgw wanted spurs, he wouldn’t be on that plane to
Portugal. Forrest chairman, who has a rap sheet as long as your arm, has won here. I hope in future cases, other players think long and hard about signing for him.
Move on spurs. We need more players now. Not in a months time.
I dont think time matters so much now.
We just want the right players in, not the wrong players in more quickly.
Ideal world everyone gets a full pre-season but almost every club will be doing deals over the coming weeks, and its not like we dont have a good squad, we can cope with the start to the season even if a few comings and goings happen late on.
We need a no. 6 & an another no. 9, above anything else.
It’s obvious we need another 9, as Richy was left out of the matchday squad yesterday!
We won’t get a striker until Richy goes and it seems he doesn’t want to
