Ethel Lang (née Lancaster; 27 May 1900 – 15 January 2015) was a British supercentenarian and, at the time of her death, the oldest living person in the United Kingdom (after the death of Grace Jones on 14 November 2013), the ninth oldest living person in the world and the second-oldest living person in Europe after Emma Morano.

Lang was the last living British person to have been born during the reign of Queen Victoria.

Rocky Johnson, a former professional wrestler and father of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, has died aged 75.

His death was confirmed on Wednesday in a statement released by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). No cause of death was given.

Johnson, whose real name was Wayde Douglas Bowles, rose to fame with WWE in the 1980s.

Known as "Soul Man", he was part of the first black tag team to win a WWE championship.

Following his retirement in 1991, Johnson helped train his son Dwayne, now a Hollywood star who became a WWE wrestling icon in his own right.

In 2008, Dwayne inducted him into the WWE Hall of Fame, where "he will be forever enshrined as one of sports-entertainment's most influential performers", the WWE said.

The Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) is one of the six continental confederations of international association football, consisting of New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Tonga, and other Pacific Island countries. It promotes the game in Oceania and allows the member nations to qualify for the FIFA World Cup.

OFC is predominantly made up of island nations where association football is not the most popular sport. Consequently, the OFC has little influence in the wider football world, either in terms of international competition or as a source of players for high-profile club competitions.
