It's the "done thing" now. I;; informed morons.
What I will say about Suarez is that for the first time his attitude annoyed me. He was so wound up from the minute go but channeled it in completely the wrong way.
In the first five minutes Downing crossed a ball low across the face to the back post, decent cross nearly causing an own goal, and Suarez spat his dummy at him. 10m minutes later he put in a woeful ball to Gerrard and a chance was gone - it would have been a goal scoring chance to make it 1-0 at that.
It irked me a bit and he needs some competition as I don't think being the main man does him any good.
Suarez has been doing this all season. This is what happens when you're the only one who scores goals. You feel that pressure and thus it gets to you, making you angry when somebody doesn't put it right on your foot and nervous when trying to do things. Suarez is beginning to feel that pressure of being the only one expected to score.
not on the wum...
i went to the game at the lane...he's top top player...gr8 movement...just comes alive with the ball at his feet in and around the area.....
Frankly it's a bit of a joke that Suarez is playing for our club, quality wise he's out of place and his frustration playing with inferior players is unprofessional but also understandable.
FSG need to front up, I don't want to hear excuses about January not being the right time, they should have though about that in the summer.
As for the OP's point it just goes to show how warped some football fans morals are, but in my experience most Villa fans are are more decent than that.
He's a winner. He wants to win and you can see that desire on the pitch.
I agree that he needs to channel it a lot better. It seems as if he was almost maturing after all the abuse he was getting about his diving - he just shut up, and started scoring.
But I wouldn't mind it if the rest of the team had the same desire as him.

It looks as if Ince and Sturridge are done deals. Whilst I believe that these two players would help improve the squad, is it good enough to help us push on and ultimately score goals and win trophies?
He is never going to change.
He is who he is.

I've not seen him get on another players back in the first five mins though. His composure and concentration, in fact that of the whole team, was something that really surprised me on Saturday.
They looked like they had all been on the lash or had a big argument or something. Gerrard looked fuming from the minute go as well.

According to who, the press?
Hasn't there been enough false dawns to believe what they say?

For somebody who loves FSG you sure give them a hard time.

You see what this club has done to me We can't even rely on beating Villa at home anymore! Where's Metro BTW?

I Imagine Metro is laying low for a while!
I don't think we can rely on beating anybody. Unless Suarez is in one of his magical moods, where a bit of magic wins us the game, we're gonna struggle. We need a striker AND a wide forward.

Luis Suarez does know what he is.
A world class football player.
Suarez - great player, but horrible person on the pitch - behaves appalingly.
Make no mistake, if he wasn't a Liverpool player then Liverpool fans would have the same feelings about him as most other people.
He's not the only person in that category, of course.

Anfield RAP:::but all other clubs have simply jumped on the bandwagon. It's disappointing, because the majority have no idea why they are even singing it - they're just sheep.
I think they do know why they are singing it,, wasn't as if the whole suarez/evera incident passed quietly is it?

What has it got to do with me and fans of other clubs?
well imo its done to annoying suarez ( maybe it works maybe it doesn't) but that sort of thing has been happening for years with players, it what us football fans do! have you never gone the match and skit a player for something he did to another club?

Fair dos Anfield RAP - hopefully BR has something to do with it.
I know people joke about RVN and Ronaldo, and they were never 'perfect', but I do think Ferguson had something to do with them improving their gamesmanship.
