Worth cross checking that data, it doesn't look right.

Interested to know why the data doesn’t look right?

Ah, OK. But are the numbers missing and been substituted by other factors such as Malaria, Covid in which case the figures presented are wrong. Or just missing and need to be added ON TOP of those already presented in which case, doesn’t really impacts le figures shown?

Trump essentially enforcing martial law in the states. Jesus. Rather than focusing on the core structural issues that need to be addressed, he's targeting protestors.

People who think this guy is comedic or a clown need a reality check. He's an evil, sinister man that has got the most powerful position in the world. He is a danger.

Clearing protesters with tear gas so he can pose Infront of a church he doesn't attend holding a Bible he hasn't read

That really should be the end of him

Lets not even get into all of those allegations of him having relations with 11 and 12 year old kids, then paying their parents off with millions of pounds to keep them quiet. Some of this stuff is on public record too btw.

He's a disgusting human all-round.

It never ceases to amaze me that so many people think the USA is a force for good loads of Brits still think it.

you can't be serious?

you're just going to ignore the dismantling of the entire middle east, weapons provided to dictators, expansion of military in africa and asia, Guantanamo Bay remaining open, more state surveillance, as well as the institutional racism within science, medicine, police, judges etc that never got addressed?

Obama being in charge didn't negate most of those things being a problem. In fact, he actually exacerbated some of them.

The USA has not been a force for good.

US is a microcosm of the world. But just how Europeans envisaged it. The difference is of course the rest of the world has developed and doesn't need that shining city on the hill anymore. So the US is going through an identity crisis trying to discover itself. While they had good leadership they still had a leadership role. Obama took years to repair some of Bush's damage. Whoever comes after Trump is going to have a hell of a job.

Interesting that. When are the arabs going to grow up and take responsibility of their own mess?

Ok

When you examine foreign policy I think you'll struggle to find any true force for good.

Obama had to contend with houses dominated by Republicans so it was slow going to enact change but during those years you saw a much more isolationist USA

Seriously. They control their own fate. Obama reduced US dependency on oil and the first thing they did was to try destabilise that as much as possible. You may have noticed the Kind of Saud is best friend of Trump. And now the Libyans running to Putin?

----------------------------------------------------------------------

The USA has been the most interfering country in the world. You can't say he was more isolationist when he dropped more bombs on the Middle East than any President in US history.

You say all these other things, but he still killed an American citizen (and their family members) on foreign soil when neither nation were at war. See: Al-Awlaki family.

Obama was described as a handsome face for an ugly empire. It is an accurate description.

To a degree, they need to take ownership too, but to ignore the role the US and even Britain had in partitioning the ME, and then decide which part 'belongs' to which state (with France also getting involved) based on arbitrary lines, which has affected nations, that were predominantly living peacefully, to this day is a total whitewashing of history.

It was and is classic US imperialism that has underpinned a lot of these issues.

I refuse to let anyone tell me otherwise.

US corporations are indeed corrupt. But they need a corruptible partner. And thats down to the leadership in the middle east.

As much we make fun of Trump and accuse America of getting the leadership they deserve, that is true of all countries incl those in the middle east. And especially Boris.
