I fully expect Wigan to beat us, we always assist Wigans quest to remain in the premier league, so i dont expect this season to be any different.

What is the point of us (Arsenal) competing in a competition each year we have zero chance of winning? Each year its a group stage then outclassed and out at the first knockout phase. It’s not as is if the CL revenues are being invested into the team.

At least we may have a chance of getting a bit further in the Europa.

I think its the fact that if we went down to the EL we'd get too much bad publicity and it could affect our squad

If Arsenal and Spurs were playing out for 6th and 7th place, I don't think many of us would really be that bothered really which way it went, especially Arsenal as we have so often finished above Spurs. The thing is, even if we never win the CL, it carries big prestige with it in most peoples eyes.

clutching, won't happen this time. We have only lost 2 league games since December so we have hardly bottled it. YOu and chelsea have just come into better form. We won't bottle it if you drop points tonight. This AVB side is different.

Numbers, the funny thing is all these Arsenal fans think we have bottled it again when infact we haven't. It's just Arsenal and Chelsea have been in slightly better form which has help make up the points. I personally think you will win but IF you drop points, don't get all excited thinking we will bottle it because it won't happen. We are a different outfit under AVB. How can you beat sunderland no problem, if wigan win then sunderland can still go down. They wouldn't gift you 3 points. Why am I even talking about this, top 4 is pretty much ours.
